One of the HMS property managers ain't doing her job right
One of the HMS property managers ain't doing her job right. She writes up some homeowners for violations but not others who have the same issues (I got pics to prove it). When I ask for an explanation, she shuts me down and won't talk about it. She's also lied to me and the HOA more than once (I got emails and pics to back me up). And she ain't doing her job for some homeowners (I been asking for a year to trim a tree that's messing up my windows: still ain't done).

I've been residing in this area since late 2007 and had the option to decline local community membership. On May 27th, my car was towed from my backyard. I've parked there for almost a year without issues. I contacted the property managers responsible for Home Management Services (HMS), but they offered no assistance with the towing fee. I questioned how they determined it was a private lot without signage, and they claimed notification was either posted or on their website. There are no signs near my home, and I've never used their website since I'm not a community member. No notice about parking restrictions was in my mailbox. I insisted on showing them the lack of signage and requested a meeting to present evidence, but they were unresponsive. I felt ignored and disrespected. While I support community rules for safety and order, fairness is also crucial. Their failure to adequately display signs and penalize residents is sheer negligence. I'm seeking reimbursement for the towing cost and proper signage of restricted areas to prevent future issues.
