All Care Management (ACM) Awning invading 2nd floor space by first floor tenant April gentile

I reside on the 2nd floor at 599 Kent Ave and the tenant on the 1st floor (APRIL GENTILE and RUBIN) had installed a AWNING with out permission which invades my side of the wall.I complaint too All CARE MANAGEMENT at : 199 LEE AVENUE P.M.B. 775, BROOKLYN, NY, 11211. P# [protected] and fax # [protected]. NOTHING is being done! I want to know what could I do to get this AWNING off my side of the wall. Could anyone HELP ME?
