I was sent a letter from home warranty service, I called and was told that my service contract had expired. I asked about the services they provided and was given a fast rush to purchase a contract. I had to pay a down payment of $295.00, on February 12, 2026 to get it started. And $287.00 each month for 18 months and if I didn't want it after reviewing the contract which I didn't sign I had 30 days to CANCEL March 12, 2026. I called back 10 days later Feb 20, 2026 and left a message. A man named "Gary" #1661 return my call told me I had to wait until the contract reached me and then I could CANCEL if I wanted. I told them I didn't want to wait to PLEASE return my down payment and CANCEL the contract and return the money to my account. I also asked them to not send any more letters. He told me that I was going to have to pay for the service people that he had lined up to come and inspect/ RED FLAG my home and that if I didn't agree to the contract. I was upset and hung up. I Called my bank to stop any payments to them. I called again 2/25/2026 since he was being such a mean spirited person, a woman answered named "Olivia" and I told her I wanted to CANCEL this service since I was still within the 30 day window. She started to try and convince me to keep it and I said HELL NO. . . your company was NOT honest with me. I want my money back and NO further billings from any of their other companies. This is not how people/ companies should do business. Please Refund my money.
