SCAM.

This company preys on people using fear tactics and then - they make it insanely difficult to cancel the policy.

There's no way to get an actual person when calling their "customer service" to cancel the policy. They use an AI robot + you have to leave your personal information on a recording + they say they'll call you back - which they may do or may not do.
But if/when they do - they will talk circles around you + give you assignments to do (such as emailing them documents) in order to cancel the policy -
Absolutely insane.
They will do anything - any thing - to keep your money.
Do not do business with this company.
