I got a call from Home Service Professionals at a good time. I needed a new tank and furnace, especially one with a HEPA filter for all my cats and health. *** was my salesperson who always answered my calls and the company looked after all my needs including insulation. Sick of the bad service from ***.

Very professional, polite and fast with their service. Pay a little extra, but you get what you pay for and no headaches. Service technician was excellent and knowledgeable. Top of the line products made in North America, not China. I recommend this company. Value of my home just increased with these new upgrades so its a great investment.

I got a call about a rebate for my furnace, air, and tankless hot water systems from Home Service Professionals. I had already bought a new air and furnace 3 years ago, but the service wasn't great and I felt like I was being lied to. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Home Service Professionals. They came to my home on Wednesday and could have installed the new units as early as Friday. The staff was polite and professional, and it was nice to chat with them. I even recommended them to my mother, who is also getting a new unit. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their units. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality and great unit. I can't wait to top up my pool!

I had an appoinment for Dec 6, 2021 with Home Service Pros based on a chat with ***. But the day before, they cancelled and said the service guy can't make it due to a family emergency. I said ok, no problem. *** re-scheduled my appointment for the following Monday Dec. 13. and I accepted. I called on Dec. 13 at 2pm to confirm with *** but she seemed not 100% organized. She came back and said OK, we will be there between 5 - 6pm. They called me back at 3:45 and said, sorry we can't make it today, can we re-schedule for Wednesday morning. I'm a reasonable person but this is not how business should be done. I've cleared my schedule 2 times and I'm not falling for it a third time. Poor customer service!

We was lookin' into gettin' a grant to insulate our place through *** or ***. Home Service Professionals called and said they was with ***. They ain't! The dude that came to our house August 4th whose name was *** (never gave his last name) said he the one who gives all the grants. He focused on the fact we rented our hot water tank and said this is where we was losin' all our money and suggested a tankless system. We signed the sales agreement for one. After he left my husband and I thought somethin' was strange with the whole thing so we decided to cancel the agreement. On the back of the agreement it has written that we can cancel any time during the period that ends 10 days after the day you receive a written copy of the agreement. No reason needs to be given. To cancel the agreement, you must give notice of cancellation to the supplier, at the address set out in the agreement, by any means that allows you to prove the date on which you gave the notice. We phoned "***" August 5th, the day after signin' the agreement and told him we wanted to cancel. He said no problem. When I asked if we had to write a letter of cancellation to the company, he said "No, it was already cancelled by us callin' him." Well we did not fully believe that so on August 5th, we wrote a letter of cancellation to the company and sent it the same day by Registered Mail, date stamped to prove we had sent a cancellation within the 10 day period. Today August 24 we had a call from the Home Services Professionals sayin' they were installin' the tankless water heater tomorrow. I told them we cancelled and had sent a registered letter sayin' so. The girl said she would have to talk to her supervisor about it. I decided to check my tracking number of the registered letter I sent and it shows that today August 24th they tried to return my letter via ***. Because I was not home I did not receive their return. This company is definitely tryin' to pull a scam in my opinion. I'm so thankful I have proof that I sent a cancellation letter within the 10 days cancellation period. I also called *** and they said this Home Service Professionals has nothin' to do with them.

Install crew did a great job putting in our new furnace and air conditioner. They asked a series of questions on our heat preferences and programmed the new thermostat for us. Also walked us through how to work it.

Salesman, ***, was extremely professional and clear on everything that needed to be upgraded in my home. The installation was taken care of within 2 weeks after the initial meeting with Ron. New American Standard system is working great.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the service that has been provided to me. From dealing with a few of the ladies on the phone - to the installation of the product. I was lucky enough to deal with the salesman - *** during my experience with Home Service Professionals. He is knowledgeable and very informative. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and I continue to deal with him on a day to day basis. *** the installer was excellent as well!

The tankless water heater was just installed last week but I'm excited to see the true impact on my utility bill from month to month.

I have called this company 3x within the last week to ask for information about a visit to my home on Mar. 3rd as a follow up on a service date on Nov 3rd 2016. I was told the reason for the visit was to see whether any repairs to ducts after cleaning were still good. A serviceman, I was told his name was ***, came, went into the basement for a time and left without speaking to us at all. ( We were in another room but easily within hearing). I am not sure that this was a legitimate visit from this company because none of my phone calls have been responded to. Was this person an employee of this co. And if so why the very unprofessional behaviour ?

From the phone solicitation call to the visit with *** the sales person through to the install of our tankless water heater and new A/C unit by *** the home services Tec my wife and I where very impressed. The professionalism and politeness of *** the way he throughly explained the cost savings and reliability of the products made us fell comfortable with the decision to make the change but never did we feel pressured. The installs where also handled in a very professional and friendly manner by a tec. By the name of ***. Overall we are very pleased with Home service professionals and their team we just hope if we have any issues down the road that we are treated equally as well.

It took a few weeks to get the furnace filter for the newly installed furnace. It was promised within 2 days. I had to keep calling the office for a couple of weeks only to be ignored. Finally i called the sales guy, ***, well i shoulda got a 4 inch filter, his guy brought me a 1 inch and said its slanted in there but it will work. Really. I wasn t given all the particulars about the monthly payments. I was not told to expect a 10 3/4 percent interest rate with a finance company or that after 120 months at 122.00 I d still owe 5700.00 dollars. I signed the paperwork for the installer and gave him a void cheque cause i felt i had to. Well i called *** at home professionals
To complain, I paid her the full amount over the phone with my credit card. She assured me nothing would be sent to ***. Well *** texted me a welcome msg along with a verification number to confirm me. Called *** again,she calls *** to confirm a cancellation. *** promised me she would send me back my void cheque on Feb 23 21 its now march 15 21 and i still have not recieved the void cheque she sent me. This company presents the worst customer service ever. I will never buy from this company again. If you di expect to have to chase them.

We had AC units and a water tank installed. We've had issues since they were installed, and it's been 5 months. We keep calling for someone to come out and fix our issues, but they keep giving us the runaround. They'll lie about when they called and then cancel last minute for a later date when we have no heat or cooling. We've currently been waiting since May 20th for someone to fix our AC unit.

I paid $5668.87 for this hot water thing. My neighbor found out later that she paid $45200 for the same thing. I contacted them through the phone and paid $170 for the first contact. They never sent me a manual for this hot water thing. There is no instant hot and no shut off on the drip pipe. The pipes are loose. I asked the installer if it was used, and he said no. After he left, the top of the machine was black with some kind of stuff on it. The drip pipe still drips. During shower time, the water is hot, but then a blast of cold hits you. The water pressure is almost half of what it was. I have seen three people who did nothing except turn down the temperature from 130-125. The exhaust pipe is leaking, as shown in the picture I enclosed. The outside pipes are covered with black pipe stuff. I made appointments, but they never showed up.

Bad customer service! My grandma and mom bought a new AC unit from Home Service Professionals last year, but it's still not hooked up! It's so hot outside and they can't get anyone to answer the phone or call them back. Someone was supposed to come out 2 weeks ago, but they canceled. Then they said they'd come last Thursday, but now it's maybe Friday or Saturday and they can't get in touch with anyone. Home Service Professionals took their money and left them in the heat! They're seniors and they need help! Covid-19 or not, you should call your customers and tell them what's going on. They're just waiting and waiting because "he MAY show up today." This is not how you treat customers!

I had a lot of problems with Home Service Professionals. I bought an outdoor unit with a tankless water heater and a humidifier on May 5th. I paid for it then, but since then I found out that it's not what I ordered. I asked for a 90000 btu unit with a 2 and a half ton air, but they gave me a 60,000 btu heater with a 2 ton air unit. They also hooked the humidifier to the hot water line, which makes the tankless water heater run almost constantly. Now, I have trouble with the btu unit in this cold and rainy couple of days and I have no heat. They told me 5 times that they would be here, but they never showed up or even called. I don't understand how companies can lie and cheat customers like this. How can an average family get treated this way? By the way, the furnace is still not working. I had to pay out of pocket to fix the humidifier problem as well. I really don't know what to do over this major problem!
