WC Mon Home Savings charged my bank card for $24 three times already for the past 3 months. I'm sure that I've never applied for a service from this company so the only explanation left is FRAUD!!! Avoid giving your credit card details to unknown sources you might just end up like I did with the identity stolen and money gone.

Just noticed a charge of 19.95 from Home savings Mall. Never heard of the company. Looked back at statements and have been being charged monthly since February 2011. Also have a charge from Privacy Matters 123 for the same amount starting at the same time. Not sure if there is a connection? What can be done about this. That is almost $500.00 in unauthorized charges between these two mystery companies!

Fraud charges
About $1500. In fraudulent charges to my credit card over past several months. . . Three different ct mvq companies. . . What can i do ? >[protected]@aol.com

This corrupt organization has charged $16.95 on my VISA card 3 times: 10/03/10, 11/03/10, and 12/02/10 without any authorization by me. The merchant category was listed as: "CONTINUITY/SUBSCRIPTION MERCHANTS"; Merchant Phone: "Not Available"; Merchant Location: "[protected], CT".
I have also listed a complaint against another of their organizations, MQV*PRIVACYMATTERS, in a previous complaint, where they charged my VISA card on 10/02/10 and 11/03/10 in the amounts of $16.95, twice.
Criminal groups like this need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law in regards to fraud, theft, and corruption. Is there no way devils like this can't be arrested and charged for their crimes?
Did you cancel your card or put a fraud alert on your credit report?
Soon as something like that happens you need to notify the powers to be.

Unauthorized / double dipping transactions
I just discovered that MVQ has been "double dipping" and taking funds from my account although I never opened an account with them or even knew who they until now. When I called about getting a refund I was given the run around and was told that I can only get 3 months of refunds. I am in the process of reporting this company to the Attorney General's Office for fraud, double dipping and unauthorized usuage of a person's funds.
No commits until someone from the Complaints Board contacts me.
I have a similiar request against this company. They are in the practice of "double dipping" into people"s account without the proper authorization but shortly once the State Attorney's Office is notified I am sure they won't be in business for too long. This is the same practices that AOL tried on consumers years ago and now nobody wants their service even for free.
Same thing happened to me, do not know how they got my credit card No. They withdrew 3 x $19.95 a month over several months . I was only able to get back $161.60 for a loss of $218.00.

Unauthorized credit card charges
A few months back I signed up for Reunion.com, followed their instructions so I would only be charged for a month to see if I liked it. Every month I am being charged $19.95 twice.
The accounts are listed as: MVQ*HOMESVINGSMLL
MVQ*SAVEACE
I can assure you I didnot sign up for this Home Savings Mall nor did I authorize these continous charges to my credit card. I have emailed called, faxed, done everything they say to do and I am still being charged. Can you assist me? If not I will have no recourse but to close my credit card account.

credit card charges
Never bought anything from them and for the last 6 months they have charged $14.95 to my credit card. I don't know how they got it .
They said I inquired on the internet about a $25.00 Wal-Mart gift card on 4/19/09 I was driving back from Florida all day and night on 4/19/09 and could not have been on the internet.

Fake membership and charges
After a busy and hectic summer, I pored over my bank statements from the past three months. I found several unauthorized charges to my account, the first one occurring on May 31 and posting to my account on June 3, by a company first appearing as AP9*HomeSavingsMall for $14.95. In July, August, and September the same amount was charged to my account by MVQ*HomeSavingsMall.
I'd never done business with either of these companies. I live on a sailboat. :-D
The dates of these postings were the day before my paychecks are direct deposited into my bank account, resulting in several hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees.
I contacted the company and told them I wanted all four months' charges refunded to my bank account. I got the usual blah-blah: We've canceled your membership, we can't refund the other fees under the terms and conditions of the membership, etc.
I'm taking it up with my bank first and then the state attorney general's office. Sounds like wire fraud to me. What say ye all?

Definetely a scam...Credit Cards must be aware of the problem, so why do they keep charging. I'm pretty sure 99.9% of the people are not even aware of it, until one day when they look at their statment in detail.
How corrupted, no wonder this country is the shape it is.
SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!
I was just charged the same 14.95! I have never heard of this company. Whats up with that? I called and they are not open today. I wil definately call tomorrow. chicalik53@gmail.com
Unauthorized Charges & Fraudulent Billing
A mysterious monthly charge on my paypal account. When I called to dispute the charges, they actually had the nerve to tell me I AGREED TO THEIR FEES BY TRYING TO WIN A WALMART $25 GIFT CARD. First, I am not STUPID and do not try to win that crap online, because I KNOW THEY ARE SCAMS! They claim they are refunding my fee, and my subscription is canceled, but now I have to wait for the refund, then get a new Paypal card.

I had a 19.95 charge on my credit card account from Home Savings Mall. When I called them they readily cancelled my membership and refunded the money...not before charing me for another month...ANd when I chekced back, there was a 19.95 charge for a previous month. They were not so ready to ready to refund the the other two moths when I called back...but agreed to do so when I calimed I had no idea who they were and how they got my credit card number and if they could prove that I ever used any of their services, I would pay the membership fee. The supervisor immediately indicated that she would refund the money. Thers folks know exactly what they are doing...running a scam. And, why isin't there anything that we can do about it...other then ### and blog about it.
Unathorized Payment
Today I discovered two payments on my credit card statement each for 19.95 to Savings Ace and Home Savings Mall. These payments were NEVER authorized, so of course I called for an explanation. The young lady who answered the phone informed me that I signed up online sometime in March. This being entirely false, I requested cancellation and refund which she...

I was charged by Homesavingsmall.com $19.95 for a 'membership' in their system. I have NEVER heard of Home Savings Mall and NEVER authorized the charge on my credit card. I called and been told that my membership has been cancelled. I await results.

I just opened my credit card statement and found a charge of 19.95 as well. Following the charge from homessavingsmall was a charge from another company I've never heard of which is savings ace, 19.95 also. When the eight hundred number for both of these companies is dialed, the same type of recording answers their phone system. I'm guessing they are connected, and after googleing both of them, are rip-offs.
I too noticed two mounths of charges in the amount of 19.95.I did'nt know or even heard of homesavingsmall until I had unaurorized charges. When I called the eight hundred number on my statement the person I spoke to was of no help and said that they would only remove one of the charges...Boy was that the wrong thing to tell me.First of all I told him that both will be removed that It was froud and second of all after I hung up with him I contacted my credit card and filed a froud case against them.I don't know who this company thinks they are and I just went on line to look them up and found that I'm not alone. In this day and age nothing is safe god help us all...

Unauthorized Credit Card withdrawal
Made two unauthorized charges of $19.95 on my credit card. Called credit card company to deny the charges. They said that it's one of the most common scams going on in the credit card business. I have had the ALL these charges returned to me and a block put on any additional charges from these companies.
Adaptive Marketing is a multi-layered group of companys run by its CEO, Gary Johnson, who has been the subject of many complaints and lawsuits. This company has even branched into Europe. He is constantly transfering money fraudulently from unsuspecting consumers bank accounts into his own coffers. This scheme is nothing more than theft!
I cannot imagine why the federal government hasn't taken notice of Gary Johnson and his companies. With the amount of money he has stolen from the public, I would think local, state & federal law enforcement would have had him in jail by now. Gary Johnson is no better than the financial & investment institutions that have stolen billions from the public in the past. When will he be stopped?

Your company have Fraudulent Withdrew Funds from my checking account of $19.95 for two months. I would like all or at part of it back. I do not and have never heard of your company and want nothing to do with you at all. Just to make sure cancel this account also.
THIS IS A SCAM AND I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU AT ALL. I AM ALSO SPREADING THE WORD TO ALL WHO WILL LISTEN...
I was billed $14.95 on my credit card on 12/20/2008 for HOMESAVINGSMA289765349 [protected] CT. I have no idea what this is for or who they are. It is Sunday and they are closed. I plan to call them tomorrow and call my credit card company. I have found numerous complaints against this company while attempting to find out who they are. Beware, they seem to have been very active over the last month.
CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTIONE4497
I just noticed that since 2009, Home Savings mall has been charging my bank account for $37/month. I called my bank immediately and talked to bank of America’s representative and Home Savings mall representative. Since I cannot see the transaction in my bank account for more than a year, I was informed by Home Savings mall that my account has been charged for a membership that I never used or signed up since 2009.
I looked for Home Savings mall complaints online and there are hundreds of other complaints similar to mine from people who called this company scam and responsible for unauthorized billing.
Unfortunately, I was informed by Home Savings mall Rep that they are going to reimburse me ONLY for a year and NOT the last 4 years.
I am 100% sure that I’ve never signed up with Home Savings Mall or provided my banking info to them, however, Home Savings mall is my bank's (Bank of America) affiliate.
I feel violated for paying a monthly fee for a service that I DID NOT sign up for. I wonder why no Federal agency has ever taken notice of Home Savings Mall’s CEO "Gary Johnson" and his unethical ways of running this fraud.
This scheme is nothing more than theft and I would like to get reimbursed for ALL the money that has been taken out of my bank account since 2009 WITHOUT my authorization for a service that I've NEVER used.
I was charged $19.95 and never heard of them, had to come to this page to find out who and how to contact them to find out Y I have a charge. They are thieves
I was billed $14.95 on my credit card on 04/12/2009 for HOMESAVINGSMACT. [protected])I have no idea what this is for or who they are. It is Sunday and they are closed!. I plan to call them tomorrow and call my credit card company. I have found numerous complaints against this company... plz past this ...be aware!
I was billed $10.00 on my bank account and I thought to myself I never applied to anything like this, and now I'm getting billed for it. If it's possible, I want to Unsubscribe and get my money back as soon as possible back into my account. Thank You
I have the same charge on my credit card and I cannot recall any purchase.
Did you find out what your charge was all about?
Fraudulent Withdrawal of Funds from Bank Account
The HomeSavingsMall in Connecticut fraudulently withdrew $14.95 from my checking account through my debit card associated with my account at Bank of America in South Portland, Maine on March 6, 2009. I've found many other complaints for this same online company while I've been trying to find out who they are.
I never authorized this $14.95 to be taken from my checking account. I am contacting the corporate office in Illinois and demanding a refund for the $14.95 that HomeSavingsMall stole from my checking account!
Thank you,
Mary Spasiano
This company has been doing this for some time. We received a letter in the mail and upon opening two separate letters from supposedly different companies they tried to renew the charges for another year with the comment "If you do not contact us within 30 days we will charge your credit card $29.95" . That would be two separate accounts for $30 a month. Without having actually done anything. How this is allowed I have no idea. I suspect it was the fine print on the "PeopleFinder" website. Watch it out there!
Fradulent billing
I have never had any relationship with AP9 Home Savings Mall until I was notified on 12-11-08 of a billing for 19.95 on my banking statement for an online membership I never ordered. I was charged additional overage fees on my banking statement due to this transaction that I never authorized. It is obvious that AP9 Home Savings Mall is in a position to...
