Cerified HomeCare consulting was a really bad company to work with. All they care about was our money. After they took our money the services became very horrible it was hard to talk to anybody at the office. every time I called *** she's never in office she was always gone oh yeah her favor excuse was she just lose a family member every week. Over the year that we were working with them she told us she loss her mother more than 4 times. She lies too much until she doesn't keep up with her lies. Every month she'll tell my team I she loss a family that's the rea*** she was always gone. She had a horrible attitude. Every time we asked a question about our licensing she never knows the answer or she'll be super rude answering our questions or she was annoyed to work with us. My team and I has always been super nice to ***. We paid 10.000 dollars to get our license even the day for our company to get licensing it was no where to find ***. We called and let her few voicemail up today date *** hasn't returned our calls. I don't think she knows that our company didn't get the license the first time. They had to scheduled us for a new survey we ended up get our license with out them. We wasted all that money for nothing. Nobody should do business with CHCC unless you willing to give up free money to them. This company has a very horrible customer service. Save your money. At first they come up very nice and friendly after you pay them that's when the nonsense will start.

Certified HomeCare Consulting was a guiding light to us during the initial Covid public health emergency and continue today. Updated infection and new pandemic specific policies required by federal mandate were explained in detail and delivered timely with each revision to ensure we stayed in compliance. I paid Certified Homecare Consulting (CHC) a lot of money to help me start a home healthcare business and also lead and guide me through a successful accreditation with an accrediting company. I chose this company (CHC) because they boast on their website that they know what it takes to start a home healthcare business from ground up. Unfortunately, the consulting company knowledge of home healthcare business, private duty is not very good as they made a lot of mistakes during my business, LLC creation that included state and city regulation for home healthcare companies in Georgia. I was told at the beginning that I could accept Medicare clients, hire physical therapist and occupational therapists which I found out after they collected all of their money that my state rules and regulation does not permit home health, private duty agency to have those services. However, the brochures, website that they created for me still say that I can have those services and they are refusing to change it. The brochures are not usable and have to be trashed because of the incorrect information. Using this brochure along with the website will be deceitful. I paid the accreditation company $6000.00 plus for accreditation. I was not successful on the surveyor's visit and require another visit by the accreditation company and they are asking for another $6000.00 re-visit fee. I asked the consulting company (CHC) to help me cover the cost of the second visit as they did a poor job getting me ready for my first visit. They are refusing stating that they provided me with the documents to help me to be successful. I am asking CHC to cover the $6000.00 surveyor revisit fees and provide my agency with correct brochures and web site redesign that depicts correct agency's skill and services. It is very unfortunate that CHC is taking advantage of people during this hard economical time. CHC is taking people hard earned money and satisfying their own pockets.

The Certified team helped us get licensed and accredited in California. They even helped complete our plan of correction. Thank you to everyone at Certified homecare for their help - we couldnt have dont it without you.

I cannot thank Roxanne, Sue, and everyone else enough for helping us get our agency licensed. The training was fantastic too. We appreciate everything you did for us and look forward to starting our second agency with them soon.
