Woodstock N.B. home hardware delivered and installed a new clothes dryer today. In the process of removing the old one or installing the new one they tore our flooring. We didn't notice it until they had left. We just had the floor put down in the spring 2024.We called the store but they said there was nothing they could do. We realize it was just a mistake.
Desired outcome: Maybe if they offered to give us back the delivery fee or a credit we would know they cared
