Chainsaw bought online that has major defects : chain oil leak more that a little by usage, don't cut as expected.

Tried to return. It was impossible. They asked me to drive to some repair center in Ottawa, at my expenses. Totally unacceptable. Under one year of date of purchase.

Claimed loss: Chainsaw was 149$ and is unusable at all. Total lost.
