Sprinkler Medics of Austin - New sprinklers

Horrible horrible company stay away you'll thank me. Everyone who works there is rude and insulting. We hired them to put a new sprinkler system in and it's been nothing but problems. Never came when they said they would. Project was supposed to take one or two days tops-ended up being a couple months. Put the system in the wrong place. Tried to way overcharge us and the system doesn't even work right. Awful

Wilson & Fisher - 10 pc stake light set

I purchased a 10 piece Stake Light Set from BIg Lots and upon opening them, there was only 1 stake part that attaches to the bottom of the light pole in the box. I need 9 more to complete this set. I bought the last box on the shelf. The item number is LG-42 There is V# 1009980 on the bottom of the box also. I don't want to return these as it is a huge hassle for me to do so and there was none to exchange.

NJ Paving - Back yard paving

On 07/19/21 #1 nj paving came and paved my back yard it took about 3 days to finish the job, few days later it rained and my back yard has the biggest puddles you can ever imagine. Wilson & Fisher - Screen tent

Brand New out of box Sun Shelter with Screen walls. Tent purchased from Big lots for a July 4 party. Put up and a light gust of wind broke plastic corner holders. Screen ripped. Parts were not fitting together properly and were so loose. It immediately fell to ground knocking all pieces apart. Cracked all plastic pieces and bent metal. Ruined all parts. No replacements in box. Very upset it didn't last 5 minutes.

Dexrbll - Ordered a pool never received

I placed an order on June 12 of an 18' x 48" pool with ladder, and cover. The website said it would mail out within 3 days. It has now been 3 weeks now & I still have not seen my pool. It never arrived. It said it was coming from China, but I have received other items much quicker. I feel I have no recourse. When I tried to call it was in Chinese. I am on pacific time.
