I have a Yardworks self-propelled lawnmower. Last fall I hit a rock and bent the blade. On the Monday before Memorial Day this year I called to see if I could get a new one and a voicemail said they were closed for the holiday!? I called 2 more times later in the day and the voicemail said they were already closed. Today I've been on hold for 2 hours and the voicemail says I'm 1st in line the whole time. Then I saw all the negative reviews. I am so pissed! And I'll never buy another Yardworks' product again! I'm also going to tell Menard's that they shouldn't be selling any either.

Desired outcome: I don't care any more, but I'll do everything I can to crush the company
