Burpee review: Burpee organic potting soil

I purchased several bags of Burpee Organic Potting Soil to pot my vegetable seedlings. I am almost completely finished with all my planting and I am finding bits of plastic bags throughout the potting soil. I am extremely upset and disappointed with this product. I purchased this brand with the expectation of it being organic because it is labeled as “Organic.” I am planting my vegetables with this and under no circumstances did I want my vegetables plants to be planted with plastics. This is a mislabeling of the product, a complete waste of my time and compromised all of my plants.

The monetary loss is unknown at this point. I purchased 3 bags of this “Organic” Potting Soil from Tractor Supply at $10.99 per bag before tax. I planted over 100 seedlings with this soil, all of which are now compromised and 4 days of wasted time trying to replant them, not to mention the time and effort of sprouting the seeds and it’s too late in the year to start more. I now have to purchase organic vegetables from the store at a premium instead of harvesting my own from my garden.
