I placed an order on June 12 of an 18' x 48" pool with ladder, and cover. The website said it would mail out within 3 days. It has now been 3 weeks now & I still have not seen my pool. It never arrived. It said it was coming from China, but I have received other items much quicker. I feel I have no recourse. When I tried to call it was in Chinese. I am on pacific time.

I ordered a Hot Tub ozinator for $72 and I received a pink shower cap! Dexrbll never responded to my refund request - Dexrbll is a total scam outfit.
I got scammed too. Got socks instead of a pool ladder. Then they tried to get me to accept 60 percent refund then 85 percent back. Thank God for PayPal! They got my money back and told me they had issues with this company in the past so they locked their account. Unbelievable!

Ha! I ordered hot tub filters and got socks too! Back and forth with them, they refused to refund more than 75%. I filed complaint with Visa. Should get my money back. Total scam site. All items too cheap to be true.
Sounds like a familiar scenario. I ordered apool ladder in June. I received a hideous oven mitt weeks later. I have been emailing back and forth with them. They originally stated that they shipped the wrong item( no kidding). They emailed a new tracking number for my purchase and that it had been shipped. I still haven't received my pool ladders. I contacted them again. They tried to say it hadbeen delivered, it has not. I contacted my local and main post office and there isno trace for this tracking number. I have been going back and forth trying to get a refund. They started by offering me 60% of my refund. Now they're offering me 75%? Unbelievable! This is a joke and a scam
I also ordered a Intex pool 12' x30" w/6 extra filters on July 16. On the 17th I called to cancel my order because I thought about it (to good to be true) and they e-mailed me and said that it would cost me $15 to cancel. So, I didn't cancel and 3 weeks later I received a necklace, so I called them and told them and they said that they would resend it, I said no just give me a refund. The next day they e-mailed me and offered a 60% refund and I said no. The next day they offered a 75% refund, I told them that I wouldn't accept anything than a 100% refund. After that I put a claim in to Paypal and later the same day PayPal refunded me my money. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT DEXRBLL IS A SCAM AND DON'T TRUST OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE ONLY GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET IS BEING RIPPED OFF !
Chalk me up for the same scam. I also ordered an Intex saltwater chlorinator which I have never received although I paid for it. I got an oven glove or something instead What a ripoff. Some kind of Chinese ripoff.

This is a huge scam. I waited for 5 weeks Intex chlorinator system for my pool and they sent me a lousy wallet. What a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY.
Never use this website as it appears to be a huge scam. I ordered a smaller pool and never received it but the money was withdrawn from my account. I contacted them about either the merchandise or a refund and never got a reply. I am now it reporting to the FTC and the BBB and talking to my bank about recovery.
I also took a chance on this company and apparently lost. I ordered about a week after you. I however received a super tiny tank top instead of a pool. Not my idea of a great replacement. However, I did email them for a refund and filed a PayPal case in hopes they can accelerate the refund. Good luck to you - I hope you get either the pool or a refund.
I just got a lousy wallet instead of a chlorinator. I wish I saw these reviews.
