3 hours of presentation with a 15 and 8 year old. 2 kids who were tired, hungry and agitated. I'm a single mom on a budget so this will cause hardship. Never told verbally I had 10 days to cancel. Met with multiple sales person. Couldn't use the points with IHG without paying a 109 dollar fee. I stopped paying since June so now the calls keep coming. Already sent a letter to better business bureau and the credit bureau.
