I contracted with Hogan Exteriors to replace my roof. In the process, they were supposed to connect two bathroom vents to the roof. However, upon a recent inspection by another contractor, it was discovered that one of the bathroom vents was not properly connected. Now, the new contractor is requesting $250 to fix the issue. I have made multiple attempts to contact Hogan Exteriors via email and phone since March 25, 2022, but I have not received any follow-up or resolution from them.

Roof looks great, crew was efficient and did a great cleanup.

We used Hogan Exteriors for a complete roof replacement for our 9 building condo complex. The installation process initially appeared to go smoothly. However, we soon encountered issues that were ultimately attributed to non-code installations and overall subpar quality. We reached out to Hogan Exteriors multiple times in hopes of finding a resolution, but their response was disheartening - they simply stated that if the roof passed inspections at the time, it was not their responsibility. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer service and professionalism is truly disappointing.
