I hired CGS to stop mold from coming back in my basement and to redirect rainwater away from my house. My basement has been dry as a bone ever since, and the rainwater is no longer pooling in my yard! Thank you CGS Waterproofing for fixing my *** problems!

CGS Waterproofing, LLC is absolutely amazing! I reached out to them a while back to inquire about getting some siding work done. The response from CGS was super fast, and they kindly kept my quote on hold for a few months until we were ready to proceed. And guess what? They're now also looking after our community pool area! Talk about a great company! I can't stress enough how much I recommend them for projects of any size.

My basement flooded with 4 inches of water last year during hurricane season. CGS Waterproofing, LLC provided professional service with flawless execution and basically resolved the problem without any hassle at the most reasonable price I could find. Honestly, half of the companies I contacted charged twice as much for the same solutions. Save yourself the annoyance and cash and simply give them a call right away.

CGS is amazing! I had an inspection done for my crawlspace cuz it kept getting flooded with the summer rains. Their field guy came out to check everything, and when I asked her if she could also take a look at the foundation of my balcony, she did! She was really smart about everything and reassured me she'd double check on the balcony work with her boss to make sure nothing was missed out from the process. I managed to kill two birds with one stone and got everything taken care of for a reasonable price. It's never fun having to pay for bigger maintenance jobs but when you're dealing with a company like CGS it's definitely worth it!

BEWARE! I gotta write a review 'cause CGS Waterproofing ain't professional and they lie. I chose them 'cause they had good reviews and I needed help with water in my backyard. I set up a meeting and their rep *** came to check things out. She gave me a graph showin' where they'd put the downspouts and catch basins, and it was also my bill for $1850. I agreed and asked if they could skip the 2nd downspout 'cause I didn't have a floodin' problem on that side. She said I had to pay an extra $150 'cause they got a minimum work fee of $1800. I agreed.

The workers came, but they didn't put the drains where the graph showed. They put the catch basins around the flooded area, leavin' the same puddle I called 'em about. I still got a big pool of water in that exact spot. When I told *** 'bout this and that the drains weren't put in right, she ignored me and said I needed more work done. I asked if they could use the extra money they overcharged me as credit for the extra work. But once I said that, *** and CGS Waterproofing ignored my calls, texts, and emails. They ain't professional and they're cowards.

I hired CGS Waterproofing, LLC to fix a crack in my foundation. They kept changing the schedule three times, making all sorts of excuses. When they finally finished the job, the work was really unprofessional and messy. They also said they would provide a 10-year warranty, but they never gave it to me!

While extending my downspouts, CGS drilled into several of my sprinkler lines. The only way I knew this was because I walked my property at the end of each day. They didn't communicate these mistakes with me. They tried to fix the sprinkler lines themselves and did a bad job. After they finished their work, I had my sprinkler company come out and there were two big leaks left by CGS, one of which they tried to fix but did a poor job. They cost me $700 worth of damage to my sprinkler system. I told them about this problem, but they haven't responded to me about it.

Work was started on 3/15 and finished on 5/5. We had constant issues with project management and the quality of work. The retaining walls were installed incorrectly, and we expressed our concerns right from the beginning. One of the walls is already pulling away from the patio, and we will have to address it in 2022. In May, my husband spoke with the owner, and they agreed that CGS LLC would give us a discount due to the poor quality of work. However, now they are trying to backtrack and claim that they never agreed to this and want their money in full. It's quite suspicious to me that they have such great reviews on all these websites, considering our terrible experience and the fact that my brother also had to hire another contractor to fix the work they did for him in March.

CGS charged me about $2400 for 3 catch basins in my front, side, and back yard, along with a drainpipe and a 5-year warranty. Unfortunately, there have been numerous problems that still exist. On the first day, they only installed 2 catch basins instead of the promised 3. To make matters worse, I noticed that the front basin was bouncy and discovered that it was held together with duct tape. After I caught them, they fixed it. However, my yard continues to flood, so after 2 years of the pandemic, I called them back. To my surprise, I found out that they never even put a basin in the back yard. Instead, there was just a pipe sticking out of the ground with a lid over it.

After the pandemic, they attempted to install a used 22 basin in the back, but it wasn't deep enough. I had to purchase an $80 14x18 basin for them to use. The CGS guy didn't bother measuring and just cut a hole on both sides. Now, dirt falls into the box and the ground is sinking. Additionally, the intake pipe is 2 inches lower than the exit pipe, which means the water has to fill the box 5 inches before it can exit or it may even flow back to the side yard due to the uphill slope.

Despite numerous calls, the managers repeatedly refused to come out and see the problem for themselves. Instead, they sent field guys who didn't really address the issue properly. The office and emails would say one thing, but they would do whatever was easiest for them. I've asked CGS multiple times to fix the problem, but all they've done is jury-rig the drainage system. To make matters worse, the field guys have lied to my face on several occasions, such as about the duct tape and the missing third basin. They even stood in my yard, laughing, speaking Spanish, and disrespecting me.

The field guys were supposed to come tomorrow morning, but unexpectedly showed up at the end of the day today. According to the email, they were supposed to replace the basin and correct the slope. However, when they arrived, they refused to fix the slope and wanted to install a gigantic 22 box without correcting the slope. It was another piecemeal job, and it would only lead to more water and more mosquitoes. I told them no and insisted that the job be done correctly. The manager then said he wouldn't do anything more.
