I have bought this product over a year ago. I didn't realize this was a subscription base product. My card expired that should've been on file so I figured I wouldn't need to change anything as the payment wouldn't go through. I think get a notification from my bank saying I had a withdrawal of $175.00 (this would be my 3rd payment).
I have gone on my account using the email address I use for everything. I was unable to sign in. I then created an account. I checked my account for subscriptions and had none. I then emailed their support@forhims.com on 01/18/2026 after it gave me a prompt to email them if I was having account issues. I then emailed them on the 01/20/2026 asking for an update. Shocker, no response.
I then got a different email off their website. I emailed contact@forhims.com asking for help canceling my subscription. Today I have asked for another update. I have asked for help canceling my subscription and requested a refund. Still no response. I beyond frustrated with trying to contact their customer support through their website. It keeps making me login over and over again without ever allowing me to chat with them.
Claimed loss: $175.00 (x2)
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the $175.00 (x2) that was charged to my account as I had no option to cancel the subscription. My account shows zero subscriptions.
