This Hotel is totally Gross and needs to be renovated. How embarrassing this is part of the Hilton honors program. After being talked into a suite at this hotel, the pictures attached will tell the whole story. 380.00 for this suite are they on drugs? Everything from tub spout hanging off the tub to no ac/ heat worked in room to broken window seals to mold in refrigerator, to rot on doors to broken sink. Need I say more! Totally disgusting and gross General manager needs to be re schooled or be fired. This one is off the list indefinitely

Claimed loss: 380.00 for suite but got the money back because I said with pictures and emails of going to corporate I think they re thought it.

Desired outcome: This hotel needs to be shut down and renovated period how embarrassing this is a Hilton Honors hotel.
