On the 28th November 2019, I went to the beach store to buy a fan that I saw advertised, As I entered the store it was absolutely busy. So I waited for some time, for someone to help me. I waited about 10 minutes & the staff noticed me but didn't ask if I needed help. So I went to the cash desk asking for help, they sent a guy to help me, has there was no stock left of the fan but the display one, so I asked if it was possible for them to please pack the display one they guy said okay. on waiting for over 15mins for the guy to bring it I see him helping someone else, then he says someone else is going to help me, this guy brings the bubble wrap & wrap the fan standing for me to take it like that in such a rude way, I then decided that I will go in the line to the cash desk for them to help me source one, In that line there was only 1 cashier, & Customers standing an complaining it was so terrible. I finally reach the cashier where the guy named Yaseen help me to source one, he apologized for the inconvenience caused, but I don't understand how you'll employ managers like that, how can you put staff off on a busy period like that, A day before black Friday!, No management skills what so ever!. I am still waiting for the store to call me back for the item as I paid for it, I will never shop again in Hi-fi Corp, such pathetic service and will never recommend the store to anyone!.
