payapmusic.com scammed my money for fake beats by dre headphone

www.payapmusic.com scammed my money, didn't ship my items, I have made order on Oct, I didn't know they selling a fake beats by dre headphone, they didn't ship my order, didn't reply my email, I have report to Paypal, final I didn't get my money back.
I'm going to speak with the head of the customer service department about this as this delay is completely unacceptable. Please do get in touch so we can resolve your issue right away

On aug. 12, 2018.I bought items at this store. I paid for it. I never recieved anything but i was billed. I want my money back. I have no transaction numbers etc. Please help me
