HereSpa review: Horrible experience.

Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the money. We paid for a manicure, pedicure, spa upgrade, AND a 25% tip in advance. The pedicure was sloppy with polish visibly missing from the sides of the nails, the manicure didn’t even include a base coat, and the paid spa upgrade was not fully completed until we pointed out that it had been purchased. By then, everything had already been packed up and the products were quickly brought back out.
This was supposed to be a relaxing treat for someone who is seriously ill and has very limited energy, and instead the entire experience was stressful, rushed, and upsetting. After contacting customer service and sending photos, the resolution was only a $30 refund, and we were told the prepaid 25% tip was nonrefundable.
For the amount of money spent and the quality of service received, this was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend HereSpa or book with them again.
