I have had repeated recorded phone calls for this company, starting April 30,2021. I called on May 4 and spoke with the rudest person I have engaged with. He tried to get my information regarding a billed I've been paying months ago. I looked at my credit report this morning, and was placed in collections as of today. I will also file a report with the FCC.

I take care of my responsibilities. I am escrow when all of a sudden this unknown to me collection account appears of my credit. It says the debt was originated from Western Dental. I have never been to a Western Dental nor have i ever had any wok done by them or any of their affiliates- I also have dental insurance. That said, HP Sears has placed an unverifiable debt on my credit. I have sent them a dispute and i have been ignored. Account Number 10094

On 05/03, HP Sears reported derogatory information regarding my account to several credit reporting agencies. However, I was never notified by either HP Sears or the original creditor regarding the alleged debt. This is clear violation of federal regulations, including the FDCPA and the FRCA. As HP Sears has not followed due process, I am requesting that HP Sears remove this matter from my credit report until I receive a valid debt collection notice in writing.

In 2015 I needed to have dental work done by WD I have Denti-cal which pays for my dentures. I chose to have implants on the bottoms, so I paid $7,000 for the implant work. I paid off my entire bill. A year or so later they send me a new invoice different acct#. They had not billed for my top dentures. Told them (WD) how to properly bill denti-cal. Never hear anything anymore. But now over 5 years later they send me to collections. While going through a class action suit. But my bill was paid off in 2016.

Herbert P. Sears Co., Inc. willfully and illegally reported a derogatory remark upon my credit without any notice whatsoever that they had purchased the account or that they had conspired with Hall Ambulance to perpetrate this continued fraud. I have been in discussions with the creditor regarding this matter, but was blindsided by this blatantly abusive negotiation tactic which is in clear violation of consumer protection statutes. I will not entertain discussing resolution of this matter until the account is removed from my credit.

On, February 18, I discovered there is a Hospital bill on all four of my credit reports, Transunion, Equifax, Experian and Innovis. This hospital bill does not belong to me. I did not receive treatment at Kern Medical Center. This debt does not belong to me. I should not be held responsible or liable for a debt that is not in my name. Kern Medical Center wrote this debt off on November 18 in someone else's name not my name. I request that Kern Medical Center delete this debt off of all four of my credit reports. The about of the debt was for $1310.14. it was written off as a Hardship. I dispute the validity of this debt.

On, 11/18, Kern Medical Center Patient Accounting Revenue Cycle System Support Manager advised my family that the Kern Medical Center Hospital bill would be deleted and cancelled. The supervisor's word is very credible. Yet, when I contacted HP Sears Collection Agency Supervisor on 02/19, HP Sears Collection Agency was unwilling to delete and cancel the bill, as instructed to do so by Kern Medical Center billing department. This bill should be deleted there was a agreement made by Kern Medical Center Patient Accounting Revenue System Support Manager. This bill suppose to be deleted as instructed to do so by Kern Medical Center Billing Department Supervisor

I was asked to start the process of getting braces on 3 of my children by the dentist referred to us by our insurance. Western Dental. I explained that I was moving soon and gave our new address. The person processing the paperwork assured me that we could just transfer out to the new location as soon as we moved... they dentist did the first visit and glued on the braces. Now fast forward 3 months and 9 attempts to start the follow up continued care and the rest of the braces... Western Dental refused to transfer us and stated we could only go to the original office now 300 miles away... and now 6 years later and $11456.00 later nothing more has been done other then me paying another dentist 300.00 per kid to remove the braces and glue and a collection on my credit report for not paying the remaining 1100.00 dollars for services not rendered

This company is trying to collect 8,000+ dollars on a fraudulent collection case I owe my landlord $200.00 on a previous eviction case that is before Los Angeles Superior court. This Agency is complicit with my former landlord in a fraudulent monetary resolution to an eviction case that has not come before the judge yet. I called them twice. The first person a male was extremely nasty and tried to get my lawyer's information which I do not have to supply. The second lady pretended to transfer me to their legal department. Regardless of what every itemized list my former landlord supplied them this is a case before the courts that needs to be resolved y the courts. HP Sears is opening themselves up to a severe lawsuit. They need to remove this collection from all credit reports and close the fraudulent collection tactics they are using. I have notified my lawyers and the judge in the case. I have attached proof that this matter is before the courts

My account number is ***. I was forced to make a payment for $102.96 on 07/27 (my Authorization Code is 056D) as my credit report contains this unpaid debt and therefore due to your illegal actions, my credit rating is very low. My score was 776 and became 625 after your report of debt for $102.96, and after a year he almost did not become taller, although apart from your report I did not and do not have any debts (attached). I need to know on what legal basis you did this? Only judgment is valid for this, so you violated my rights based solely on the opinion of my opponent in this dispute. I have evidence (fax, mail) that I tried to explain to you, namely to Mr. *** Ext: 0200, that this is a controversial issue, but he ignored me without answering me. I ask you to immediately remove this paid debt from my credit history by submitting a request for this and regulate this issue in a legal way. Otherwise, I will have to go to court.

On 7/24 I faxed a notice to HP Sears at the number listed for such disputes. The notice was pursuant to CFR (Subchapter F) 660.4 that requires information furnishers to substantiate the information furnished about a consumer. CFR (subchapter F) 660.4 requires 1. Liability, 2. Terms of Liability, 3. Performance, and 4. Other information regarding the account to be provided to the consumer under this section. On 7/30 I received a communication by mail dated 7/28 from HP Sears containing uncertified copies of an invoice. The response from HP Sears was pursuant to FDCPA and NOT CFR (Subchapter F) 660.4 as they are required by federal law. HP Sears is a debt collection company. It is my belief that they have deliberately ignored my Direct Dispute and their requirements under FCRA in order to force payment from me by causing undo duress by illegally reporting unsubstantiated information. They did not provide the required consumer rights notices per FDCPA in their letter as well.

I became a first time patient of Western Dental in April. I was encouraged by the company to do a "Free Braces Consultation". Following the consultation, it was stated that braces would be a good option for me. Later that month (April ), I moved forward with getting the braces put on. I was told upon receiving the braces that if for any reason I needed to cancel treatment or wanted to end early (the dentist had said from the very first examination I would only need the braces for a year, although the average time people have braces is for a number of years), that it would be no issue to do so. I was ensured that if I wanted to take the braces off before the average 3 years, I would only be charged for the duration of time I had the braces. During the course of having my braces, it became very difficult to get an appointment, often brackets were breaking and eventually the entire wire came unhinged. From the months of December - June, I had absolutely no wire in my braces and was told time after time that in order to be seen by the orthodontist, I would need to pay off the duration of the balance as if I had been wearing braces for 4+ years. I explained to the office that 1. I in no way owed the company $4,000+ dollars, as I only had the braces for a little over a year and 2. They could not legally deny me treatment. I was never again seen by this office until June , only due to my threats of getting a lawyer involved. I was still forced to pay the company to take the brackets off "early". I filed a complaint every month I was not seen to the listed address of P.O. Box ***, ***, California ***. I never received correspondence. I contacted the finance department at and was assured that with my payment of $200 given to get the brackets off, I no longer would have a balance with the company because treatment ended early and I would be credited for the months I was not allowed to come to the office. I provided the office with photos of the months I did not have a wire and had broken brackets. I explained to Western Dental that the treatment I received was absolutely unacceptable and violated any agreement made with me (which they agreed). Two years later I find that the company has opened a collection against me and has reported this to the credit bureaus. The amount of $4,221 is wrongfully stated as owed and is now a derogatory mark on my credit file. In addition to this, my Experian and Transunion files both have different balances stated for this collection account.
