Hennessy and Associates

Over the past year and a half, we have been investing with Hennessy & Associates. We only made one small withdrawal during this period. However, since November 2023, we have been trying to withdraw a larger amount, but it hasn't been processed yet. They informed us about an issue with the registrar, and two weeks ago, they asked us to transfer to another registrar to participate in another IPO, promising that it would solve our problem. This IPO has been highly successful, but we haven't received any updates or returns from them since then.

Overall, I enjoy working with Hennessy and Associates. I've been with them for over a year now and my broker is quite knowledgeable and has done an excellent job managing my portfolio, but there are a few things that could be addressed to enhance my experience.

One area that I have noticed is that because I am not a high net worth client, I don't receive the same level of attention as those who are. This may be due to the fact that larger clients bring in more revenue, but I still believe that every client deserves the same amount of effort and personalized attention.

Aside from that, I have no other complaints. Hennessy and Associates provides quality service and their investment strategies are tailored to the individual needs and goals of their clients. They are also transparent and easily accessible, which is important when dealing with financial decisions.

Overall, I would recommend Hennessy and Associates, especially for those who are high net worth clients. They may receive a higher level of attention, but if you are not put off by that, it is a great place to invest your money.
