I had ordered a mens boot stretcher #24-54192A. When we received the boot stretcher it was cracked. I called your customer service number and was told it could be returned for a refund or replacement, however I was also told that I would be sent a postage paid return shipment label, this was to arrive within 2-3 business days. This was on the 18th of April and to date 4-29-19, I still have not received any label or correspondence from your company. I would like very much to return this item and have it REPLACED with the (LADIES BOOT STRETCHER). These show in the catalog that both are the same price, the ladies boot stretch is #24-54191A.
