Hernia surgery

M name is Robert Alldredge and I had a left inguinal hernia surgery back in April 2020 from Dr. Turnquest, I have been having multiple complications since my surgery. I am at the point of filing a lawsuit, I tried several times to follow up with Turnquest but he seems to not care at all about the work he does! [protected]

Desired outcome: See another doctor, find out whats wrong with me

hospital trauma service

I was admitted into the hospital from a car accident I was bleeding hurt apon arrival no one took my care serious tried to get me to sign documentation before my care I couldn't move throwing up blood everywhere they informed I needed immediate surgery are I would've died after not fully checking me during the first few hours there, they informed my family memebers false information without asking me full details an took upon themselves about the case my stay was horrible no one kept up w my medical record an what was fully wrong w me the release report was very incorrect and inaccurate no follow up was done by the doctor that completed stomach surgery my care WASNT taken seriously are medical report I had serious injuries and I will never go to this hospital again
