I had a great time with Guns N Hoses Roofing, Exteriors & Insulation. They did a really good job on my roof. No issues with talking or work.
I used GNH Roofing three years ago to fix my garage eve and downspouts
I used GNH Roofing three years ago to fix my garage eve and downspouts. The service was good back then, but now I'm having trouble with leaks related to the install. I'm not a high value client, but this is a warranty issue. The customer service ended after installation and payment. There's still tape on the eve to prevent leaks on fresh concrete. I contacted GNH in November and got a response after a couple of weeks. They committed to coming out, but it was on their schedule. The technician came out, but nothing was done. I followed up with them, but no callbacks, no replies, and no effort to fix the repair job. It's been a while, and I'm still waiting for them to follow up.

Guns N Hoses did a great job on my insulation job from start to finish on May 26, 2023. They were friendly, fast, and super helpful. My house used to get really hot, but now it's much cooler. I'd definitely recommend this company. Sandra Freeman
