After paying a monthly fee of $17.99 for many years, my 2022 Summer Service was not completed. My kitchen floor had a dip in it. The dip finally gave way and I had to replace that part of the floor. We wondered why water was dripping underneath the sub-floor. After replacing the sub-floor, I had to replace Tile on entire floor. Before the floor was installed, we notice water was in Kitchen floor vent which was the reason the floor was damaged and had to be replaced. On Monday September 12th, 2022, I called a local heating and air company to check out the issue. They removed 9 gallons of water from the vent because Happy Homes did not service the air conditioning drainpipe and the water had backed up into the vent. After flushing the outside drainage pipe, water was going outside, and problem solved. Also, my coils on the inside of the cooling cabinet were dripping water in the bottom of cabinet instead of dripping in pan because Happy Homes did not push them in place for pan to catch the dripping water from them therefore, I have rust. If I had called Happy Homes, I would not have known what the problem was. They did me a non-service. They offered to come out and check, but I told them I had taken care of it and did not need them anymore and canceled my warranty contract. Their negligence cost me $650.00 plus $116.00 for a Service Call that corrected the issue caused by Happy Homes. I would rather pay someone to do me right than make monthly payments to do me wrong. I do have the paperwork from the other company.

Desired outcome: I want a Refund for the money I had to spend. I did not file insurance!
