I sold a brand new pair of pajamas, still in their unopened factory plastics with tags. The buyer received them, opened them, and washed them, and then opened a return because of a stain. Hanna approved it and I didn’t get paid and I am getting back an opened stained and washed pair of pajamas when I sent a factory unopened pair new with the tags. They will do nothing and said they have to believe the buyer since she requested a return in the allotted window, even though my photos clearly show they are new and unopened. I will never get my money back and they won’t offer me any solution. They refused to escalate further and refused to offer any options at all.
