Handyman Connection of Blue Ash

I got an estimate for my project in late 12. The work was supposed to be done in one week, but it took over 3 months because of bad staff, bad communication, and bad work. The job was done poorly and it was worth the original estimate. I talked to Bianca (owner) about all the problems and the bill in 2019. We thought it was resolved, but there was no final walk through to make sure I was happy. They don't care about customers.

We got our bathroom fixed by Handyman Connection of Blue Ash. They started working on it on March 25 and finished it. They put in a shower door and gave us a one year warranty. On March 22, we told them that the floor tile was coming out because of a water leak from the shower door corner. They sent someone to fix the tile but didn't fix the shower door leak. Now, water is coming through the ceiling downstairs from the same spot where the tile was fixed. When we talked to them, they said it's out of warranty and won't fix it. We want them to fix it or pay for the damage caused by the water.

I paid $2,086.25 on 5/6/2022 for new vinyl flooring, new tub/shower enclosure, new sink/vanity, and new toilet installation. It's now 7/18/2022, over 2 months later and the work is still not done. The new vinyl flooring has many stains, cracks, nails popping through, and vinyl planks popping up. The warranty is void because the flooring was not installed correctly. I paid $1,746.49 for the flooring. I also paid over $1,800.00 when *** and/or *** called me many times from Home Depot needing supplies. I paid over $5,000.00 and 2 months later we can't show the house because it looks so bad. Today, 3 men came to the house to complete the work and make corrections. They identified over 30 places where the flooring needed repair. They said the only way to correct the flooring is to pull it up and reinstall it. They said they called the office and were told NO. I called the office today and left 2 messages. No response. This is a RIDICULOUS and DISRESPECTFUL way to treat a customer. This job needs to be completed immediately or I need a complete REFUND so that I can hire a qualified contractor to do the work. I can't afford to continue losing so much money because of this situation.
