Halifax review: Savings account

Ref Number NC10710826 i put a compliant in as i had reached my anniversary on my regular savers account where i paid in £250 each month, i recieved a letter telling me that on the 5th November it would be transfered into another of my Halifax accounts, it also stated that if i do not wish to carry on using the regular saving acc i need to go into a branch with a counter and close it which i did on the 4th, but instead of stopping the account from starting up again the person behind the counter closed the regular savers which i had been paying into for the year, after getting a statment i see it had been closed and all the money was transfered to my instant account, and instead of getting my full 5.5% interest i was given £17.83p, made a call and after 45 minutes i was told i was owed £134.16p extra and it would be put into my account within 2 hours, 24 hours later it was not there so i called again and i was told no record of the call or ref number had been done, so again the person looked into it and agreed i was owed that amount, sunday at 11.49am recieved a call from complants dept and was told im not getting the interest as i closed the account and the interst was only 1.25% when i tried to explain he kept saying your not entitled to it and closed the call, well i know there wrong as i would not have saved just to get 1.25% which is £34.37p and if you work it out they did not even give me the 1.25% as that would have been the £34.37p. the number in subject is the ref number i was given NC10710826
