I ordered 6 Holiday Brunch boxes for Christmas on December 6th to be delivered by the 20th. It was getting closer to the 20th and I was getting worried that my gifts were not going to show up so I emailed them, I did get a response, They are in transit. That's the only response I received and I emailed them 5 more times after that. They said there were shipped Fedex which I did get a tracking number mind you a tracking number for each individual box not one tracking number for the one order. So now the 24th came and the post office delivered 4 of the boxes not the 6 that was ordered. So that's 18 days from the time I placed my order and still only received 4 out of 6. Now to the fruit. It was horrible looking very small and all marked up with brown marks. I should have bought local here in Idaho we probably grow better oranges and grapefruit than Hale Groves does. So Christmas was a a disaster for me and full of embarrassment to say the least. I did receive the other 2 boxes on the 26th and than on the 27th got an email from Hale Groves that my boxes were in transit. Man what an outstanding company!
