I been a customer at Haasz since they opened and always had A+ customer service. Sales team always worked with me to get me the exact vehicle I want. The service department always takes care of any issues I may have without problem and the finance department worked hard on getting me the best rates when financing my purchases.

I got my jeep compass from Haasz in ***. The experience was easy and stress free. Shout out to Gary L, Mike T, Ryan C, Zach H & Justin B. Theyre all outstanding :) I recommend everyone I know to them. In my personal opinion, you can not be mad at a dealership if you dont meet the proper requirements to lease or buy a vehicle. A pre approval does not mean you will get approved automatically because you still need proper documentation to prove income, credit score, etc.

I gotta admit, it's been like forever since I bought a car. So when I showed up at the dealership, I was hella nervous. But then I ran into this awesome salesperson named ***, and let me tell ya, she was like the most patient and caring person ever. She hooked me up with the exact car I wanted, and she even went above and beyond. She explained everything to me in so much detail that I felt super confident she had my back. Big thanks to ***! Haasz, you better hold on tight to this gem!

I seen ***, and she was the friendliest most nicest person to ever help me look at a car! I been really interested in a Jeep Wrangler, and she really went above and beyond helping in finding whats best fit for me. When it comes time to make that buy, Ill definitely be back to have her make my dreams a reality! Shes already sold me my last 3 cars and I cant wait to have her sell me my 4th! Anyone whos interested in buying or *** to her! You will not be disappointed!

I just left they're dealership. While having my truck serviced, I was told my third brake light wasn't working. They cheerfully told me it would only cost $25 to fix it. I told them I'd take care of it myself. I went to the parts counter to buy a bulb. The counter man was hesitant to give me the bulb, so I walked away saying I'd deal with it later. When I left, I drove to Auto Zone and backed into a parking space in front of their windows and could see that the light was indeed working. Seems like they do this a lot. It's a shame they stoop to these means to boost their sales.

I called 'bout a car and made an appointment to drive it. When we got there we were told the car was already sold. I had received 6 or 7 phone calls and 6 or 7 text messages 'bout my appointment. I even called 'em an hour before to confirm the appointment. When we were there I was told they had been tryin' to reach me to tell me 'bout the car. I can be reached multiple times to confirm an appointment but they can't get a hold of me to tell me the car was sold. Then the next day a salesmen called and apologized then told me they had another car like the one we were lookin' at and they would sell it to me for $2,800 more than the other one. Very unprofessional business and I wouldn't recommend 'em to anyone!

I shoulda read them yelp reviews before I bought a car from this place. I bought a 2010 Kia forte with 68,000 miles on it six months ago from these people and now I gotta buy an engine. I owe $6300 on this car and they told me I had to come outta pocket $6800 to fix the engine that there was nothin they can do for me. Brennan Scott, the finance managers son sold me a car he was great at pretendin he wanted to help me. After I signed the papers on my car everyone’s attitude at this place changed. In the first week of me havin the car I had to take it back to them six times just for them to figure out what was wrong with the brakes. In which they never fixed it and I ended up comin outta pocket and fixin myself. I took this car cause I was in dire need of transportation during Covid, had been unemployed, and without a car in a new city with little to no public transportation... go to any place but here I definitely learned my lesson.

I bought a car from Haasz in Ravenna in April after moving to . Since I had just moved, my license was still from ***, and I planned to register the car there. The sales guy assured me that the registration and taxes would be easy to transfer. However, the initial car had problems with the serpentine belt and electrical issues, so they took it back and I bought a newer model year.

But now, in August, I'm having trouble registering the car. I've called several places in *** and *** to find the necessary documentation. I've tried contacting the dealership through phone, text, email, and even drove to Ohio to resolve the issue. They sent me an Ohio title, but my bank hasn't received anything, and they've also reached out to the dealership. Andy told me that they're having the same issue with a customer in Washington and suggested going to *** to fix it.

I asked them to buy the car back, but they said that would be skipping the title, which is illegal. However, they said they would look into it.

On 10/22, I went to Haasz Automall in Ravenna, Ohio to get the brakes on my truck and my wife's jeep fixed. The work was completed on 10/23, and initially, everything seemed fine with the vehicles. We drove my wife's jeep for the rest of the weekend without any issues.

However, on 10/25, when I was driving to work with my truck, I noticed a scraping and squealing sound. I was puzzled because they had just replaced all the rotors, pads, and caliper brackets, even though I didn't ask for it. Later that day, after work, I went back to Haasz Automall to find out what was wrong. They informed me that the brakes were put on too tightly. They asked me to come back later in the week, and they would fix it for me. I reluctantly agreed.

On 10/26, I was on my way to work when I had a close call with a semi-truck. I managed to pull over to the side of the highway and called a tow truck to get my truck towed back to Haasz Automall, where they could rectify their mistake. I had to wait for three hours on the side of the road, which made me late for work and caused a lot of stress.

Finally, the tow truck arrived, and I dropped off my truck at Haasz Automall. I spoke to them about the situation, and they assured me that they would call me later in the day. True to their word, they called me later and informed me that my wheel bearing had blown apart, causing damage to the rotor pads and bracket. They said I would have to pay *** dollars to have everything fixed. They claimed that I knew the wheel bearings were faulty, making it my responsibility to cover the cost. However, they never mentioned anything about the wheel bearings on 10/23 when I picked up my truck after the initial repairs. I even have a printout of the work they did, and there is no mention of the wheel bearing issue.

So now, not only did we pay *** to have the brakes fixed, but I am also without my truck, losing wages at work because we only have one vehicle. This whole situation has caused me immense stress and frustration.
