They turned my phone off said bill was due on the very same day I had my wife pay bill and this company took the money out of the account and my phone remained off. This has messed with important business. I emailed this horrible company and not one email response. I will be reporting them to the FTC and starting a dispute. PEOPLE BE WARE if I had seen half of the complaints I would have never allowed the company that I purchased my phone through to put me with these money robbing people. They have no integrity!

Claimed loss: $22.99 stolen

This company took money out of account for refill and never turned my phone service back on. On 05/12/26 my phone was turned off. On that same date after work I went online and paid bill. This company took the money out of my other half’s account but did not turn on phone. I reached out to them and they claimed to have an outage. Woke up this morning phone still off, I sent emails to everyone associated with this company and not one response. I work hard for my money and as high as everything is I can’t afford to be just donating to anyone. H20 do the right thing and refund my money please!
