Subject: Complaint Regarding Misrepresentation and Failure to Refund Course Fee

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding the recent interaction I had with Abhishek, representing GUVI, and the subsequent handling of my enrollment in the Preboot session.

On February 09, 2024, I was approached by Abhishek following an inquiry I made on your website. Initially, he assured me that the upcoming Preboot session scheduled for February 10th and 11th would be the last session for the year 2024. Relying on this information, I expressed my interest in joining but requested two days to consider my decision.

However, Abhishek proceeded to pressure me into enrolling by falsely stating that there would be no further sessions in 2024 and that the next Preboot session would not be until the following year, 2025. In a state of uncertainty, I reluctantly paid Rs. 1999 for the Preboot session on February 09, with the understanding that the sessions would take place between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on February 10th and 11th.

To my dismay, on February 10th around 4:30 PM, Ms. Manju Priya from GUVI informed me that the session for the day had already concluded between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and that the next session was scheduled for the same time on the following day (Feb 11th). She also mentioned the availability of alternative sessions during weekdays and weekends, contrary to the information provided by Abhishek.

This blatant misrepresentation of session schedules and the lack of professionalism in handling the enrollment process have left me deeply disappointed. Despite multiple attempts to contact Abhishek for a refund, including emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages over the past four days, I have received no response.

I find this disregard for customer service and failure to address grievances unacceptable. Therefore, I hereby request GUVI to expedite the refund process and reimburse the amount paid for the Preboot session at the earliest.

I trust that GUVI will take prompt action to rectify this matter and restore my confidence in your organization's integrity and commitment to ethical conduct.

It appears that the management has shown reluctance to address either Mr. Abhishek's conduct or my complaint. Furthermore, neither Abhishek nor GUVI have issued an apology for their actions.

I trust that GUVI will take prompt action to rectify this matter and restore my confidence in your organization's integrity and commitment to ethical conduct.
