Guest Reservations review: Ripoff $92 "service fee"

I thought I was reserving directly at the hotel since the Guest Reservation webpage looks identical to the hotel's website. I thought the confirmation looked a little funny but the total price looked similar to what we've paid at this hotel before. Saw a piece in the NYT today and realized that I'd been duped into reserving with this company and read the fine print. Basically no cancellation and it doesn't include the hotel fees, which will be extra.
