This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

My recliner stopped working, in the reclined position, around the first of June 2023. I filed a claim on June 7, 2023. The service rep showed up a couple of weeks later and said I need a new motor. He ordered it right then. After a month I called to get the status and was told the part was never ordered. They ordered it then and told me to notify them when the part showed up. It is now October 4th and my chair is still not fixed and the part has never shown up. 4 months with a recliner stuck in the reclined position. A birthday party, a gender reveal party, company for a week, and several guests over the summer with a broken chair. Their customer service is horrible and the warranty is useless. I want my couch fixed now but I would prefer just to get a refund on the warranty. It's a scam pushed by Haverty's.

Desired outcome: Refund of $400 for a useless warranty
