I got a call from Michael on May 26 about my house
I got a call from Michael on May 26 about my house. He said there was a number pending an inspection. Then, 16 hours later on May 27, he called me again. He told me that the offer was now $100,000 less than the previous day. He also said that the appointment might not happen unless I'm willing to think about it.

They gave me a closing date that worked for me, so I could make an offer on a new house and negotiate the best deal. I could also take my time to close on my new house.
