On several different occasions my order has been delivered to incorrect addresses although I give very concise delivery instruction's. When I reach out, I’m brushed off. At the most they provide a credit, which is appreciated, but we obviously order for the convenience and because we are hungry. More often than not I order when I’m working or when I’m at school. The customer care agents, in fact do not care tht you are starving and have to reorder and rely on yet another stranger or restaurant employee to possibly mess up your next order , WHICH IN FACT is what happened to me yesterday! I ordered a simple meal from Wendy’s 30 minutes before my break, and again, my delivery instructions are very concise, including the security door code. My order was dropped off on someone’s outside door step, and when I messaged the driver, she replied with “ I delivered to the address it took me to and I have already left. It was in the right area” … as you might understand, I was IRATE at this point. I contacted customer care and was told my order was already canceled and I’ve been credited …BUT I NEEDED to eat lunch because I was in my LUNCH BREAK! And time had dwindled down waiting on my order, so I was unable to make alternate plans. I had grown so hungry that I took a chance in reordering from a different restaurant and applying the credit… I order dinner for my son and I , a kids meal and a regular adult meal…I noticed that the receipt vs what I was charged did not add up, so I again reach out to customer care, and she tells me that I will be refunded the difference because as a Grubhub+ member, I should not have been charged a delivery fee. My order arrives, AND MY SONS MEAL IS MISSING! I go to the app , and it shows that my sons meal was canceled! I was not notified for replacement meal, if the restaurant wasn’t able to fill it. I was not contacted by the driver, when in the instructions it requests a CALL for any order differences. Needless to say, Grubhubs services are zero star at this point! Customer care in fact DOES NOT care, Drivers are sloppy and careless, food arrives ice cold. Service is TRASH! I will very soon be a GRUBHUB - member , because I’m definitely canceling

Desired outcome: I’m canceling their service and any meal delivery associated with them. Apologies will not change the way they provide service nor will it keep them from hiring low quality employees who are literally only their for the dollar signs.
