Fake silver, was copper covered in silver to fake out the order.
Sursell will sell you fake silver bullion. I made several orders and was completely
cheated. Sursell never completed all of my orders. One order came and was
fraud. It was a silver coin with copper in the middle to fake the weight. I can't
find who to contact. I'm out thousands of dollar, stolen by china.

The Chinese pulled a bait and switch on me. Instead of the item that I ordered, they sent me a cheap ugly polyester piece of... that a homeless drug addict wouldn't wear. They told me that I would have to send it back to China for a refund that would cost me $50 to $80 to ship. Really? I laughed out loud at such a incredibly stupid requirement for a refund. Furthermore, they said that I could elect to accept a $15 refund instead of sending it back to China. I haven't received the $15 yet and probably won't. This company is operating an international criminal organization. I have all the emails to prove my claims.
Claimed loss: $49.98
Desired outcome: A complete refund and charging them with a criminal enterprise and arresting their American agents in New York where the item actually came from. Also, shutting down their scam here in the US.

i was so mad at Grishay. But finally, after a few emails, they got back to me and gave me the info i needed. The shoes themselves were decent, not the best quality but not horrible either. Shipping took a little longer than i expected, but it was free so can't complain too much. Overall, Grishay is okay, just make sure you have all the return info before buying.
