I am a USAF veteran and recently applied for a refi VA loan w/ several home loan services, but after working w/ 3 of them @ length, my wife & I decided to stay w/ Scott Van Vugt @ Griffin Funding. They worked swiftly & we could have closed @ about 30 days (but I was too busy working w/ all 3 companies for the best deal for us), so that was the only delay. Also, our work w/ the account manager, Lexie Estrada, @ Griffin w/ very smooth & they were quick to respond to any & all of our questions. I have no problem recommending Griffin to all individuals looking to purchase a home or for a smooth Refi. They are a great service & are extra helpful to veterans!

When I started to refinance my home, I got three bids and talked to three different lenders. I was very discouraged until I contacted Griffin Funding Inc. From the beginning to the end of the process their excellent staff guided me through every step and made it so easy to finish the refi. I would like to thank account manager Lexie E for being so friendly and at the same time very professional. I also want to thank Ben & David as well. I am 78 years old and not very good with computers but Lexie made everything so easy and stayed in contact with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Griffin Funding to anyone who values great service.

Griffin Funding is great and John W, Megan T, and Seth A are awesome! I initially was contacted by Griffin Funding for a refinance on our home. John was the first person I spoke to. He was very nice and explained everything in detail. I then spoke to Megan who helped me with all documentation and disclosures. Since this was my first refi, I often had questions about things and would call them to ask them. They always answered my phone calls and/or called back immediately and always replied to emails. Griffin has way better rates than Veterans United and there nicer across the board too! Nothing but positive vibes throughout the entire process. Thank you all again!

In October we decided to refinance our home to achieve a lower interest rate. After thoroughly researching Griffin Funding, we chose Griffin to work the refinance. CEO Bill L turned my account over to Laura S (Loan Officer) and Dani K. (Account Manager) in early November . Both ladies performed admirably and were successful in getting our old mortgage refinanced. Although we were impacted by end-of-year holidays and the continuing COVID-19 epidemic, both Laura and Dani continued to provide the best service ever. Regrettably we never got to meet the ladies in person due to epidemic, they never failed to keep us in the status loop via phone calls, emails and messages. Thank you ladies.

I contacted Griffin Funding at the recommendation of a co-worker as his experience with them was great and the process for him was very quick and painless. Charles and Christina made sure to keep me updated every step of the way and when they needed additional information/documents, they were quick to notify me to keep the process moving along smoothly. I've never had a refinance go this smoothly and I would highly recommend at least calling them to see what they can do for you. Charles and Christina made sure to listen to my concerns and made sure all concerns were addressed and properly handled by the closing date. I would expect that if we ever need to refinance again or purchase another home, I'll be contacting them again.

As a disabled veteran who sometimes needs things explained to me more than once, I was worried about getting into the refinance process. Griffin Funding has been AMAZING. From realizing I have PTS and that I had issues with people coming to my house and making accomodations with additional communication, to extra long phone calls explaining things to me over and over. From responding to emails and calls quickly, to advocating for me when my previous mortgage company decided to hold tranfer documents hostage. Kristi, Sarah and the entire team have been wonderful about communicating every step of the process and what to expect. Throughout the entire process, I never had one experience that made me feel alone or unrepresented. I highly recommend Griffin Funding to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Griffin Funding! I was looking for a VA Interest Rate Reduction refinancing and had started the process with another lender (USAA) back in March. I was 4 months into the process (July) and finally had enough of the delays and lack of response from them. I chose to explore other options and came across Griffin Funding. I worked with Charlie and Andrew on my refinance and from start to finish, only took 3 weeks from application to closing and funding of my loan! They delivered as promised and were extremely helpful and responsive to my emails. It was so refreshing to work with them after my experience with USAA. I highly recommend Griffin Funding to anyone that is looking for a mortgage or refinance loan! Thank you for such a great experience!

In our search for a lender to assist in re-financing our loan, Griffin Funding and team rose above and beyond to assist us and to make things happen. We had previously worked with another lender with awful customer service skills and quite a lack of knowledge as well as spoken to many other lenders, and no one compared to Griffin. From the initial call to funding, we were kept informed all along the way and everyone we worked with had a positive "can-do" attitude to make it happen. They truly appreciate their clients and the men and women who served and make every effort to do the right thing. Not something you find very often nowadays and so appreciated! Griffin funding is a jewel and they truly live up to their reviews! A huge thanks to the Griffin team for all that you do! You truly epitomize the meaning of care and customer service! Scott and Dani were terrific!

My husband and I just purchased our first home using Griffin Funding and we couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. We worked with Lien and communicated with Christine throughout escrow. They were both wonderful and shockingly solution-oriented throughout the entire escrow period. They pushed to make things happen for us no matter what came up. Christine was so attentive, so helpful and kept us sane through a process that is never an easy one (especially for someone as difficult as I know I was). After working in real estate, I understand how stressful escrow can be, but Christine was truly there every step of the way. She even took calls and texted us outside of working hours (and I know I wasn't pleasant enough for her to want to do so)! We look forward to using them when it comes time to purchase our next home and we cannot recommend Griffin Funding highly enough!

After preliminary discussions with multiple lenders and even starting the process, Griffin stood out from the rest in terms of pricing, service, ease of use and communication. Everyone I spoke with at Griffin was vibrant, enthusiastic and extremely capable- explaining complex details in a manner in which I could easily understand. Naturally they are a business, however I never felt I was being pressured, but felt like a genuine partner with a common goal. Of note, Meagan Allen was a delight to work with and was instrumental in the success of this process. Her ability to push updates ensured a constant flow of information, which ensured I was never left wondering about my status. I also had a number of questions and changes (which no doubt were extremely annoying) which she addressed happily and made it seem as if it were no trouble at all. I would recommend Griffin Funding without reservation.

As is the norm... we got bombarded with Lenders wanting to manage our refi loan. I had done an inquiry about a home loan refi at a lower rate online!It came down to price/cost of the refi. Griffin Funding was not the cheapest, but they asked for a second shot at the quote - after I informed them we were going with another lender. Griffin Funding came back with a proposal that beat out all the other lenders. On top of that, they immediately went to work and made the whole loan process quick, mostly painless, and their team was very responsive to any concerns/questions we had. This was a team effort and it was obvious we were working with the 'A' team. A B I G shout out to *** whole process, to refi, took less than 3 weeks.This was the easiest refinance experience we have had to date and I would strongly recommend Griffin Funding to anyone who is in the market for a home loan or a refi.

Having dealt with refinancing companies pretty much every time I go to the mailbox (usually three or four per day), dealing with Terra was like a breath of fresh air. These mass mailings with all the fine print are directly diverted to the round filing cabinet beside my desk. This is my fifth purchase/refinancing over the years. I was already going through the paces with a different company, and not in the least happy with the bait and grab tactics they were using. I got a call one morning from ***, Account Manager for *** Funding. I figured "what the heck ?I'll see what you have to offer". She hooked me up with *** Loan Officer for Griffin. Terra then took the bull by the horns and walked us through the process. Whenever the slightest glitch started to raise it's ugly head, Terra was on it like a dog on a bone until she had it resolved. This turned out to be probably the most pleasant business transaction I've had in my life. It got so I looked forward to hearing from her (we still hope to see her in *** where we promised to buy her a buffalo steak). Her calls never had bad news, or at least no bad news that she couldn't resolve. I cannot speak highly enough about Terra and Guy, and the professional, yet pleasant attitude they brought to the table. I will never use another company when it comes time to refinance, and will only deal with Terra and Guy. We truly consider Terra a friend.

Yes, I was skeptic at first as I have tried so many times to reach for a lender to refinance, but as always, they ask you the usual things and at the end, they always turn you down and the reason is always the percentage rule of how much your debt you have. Well, when Sam T politely answered the telephone, he referred me immediately to Senior Consultant Colby F. who contacted me and initiated my request as personable as she could have been. She listened and made me comfortable . A very welcoming reception. Was not intimidating and was conversing with you like you were important. She assured you that she will try to make sure that Griffin Funding will make every effort to find a resolution. She walk me through the application and was graciously very patient. From there she assured me that the application will be sent to the Account Manager, Lexie E. and that no matter what Lexie will be working on the application and see too it that she'll find one way or another to work in finding a way to make the refinancing work. When Lexie phone me, I was in tears as Griffin Funding found how to make it work. They really did found a way. They assessed all my debts and somehow they where able to find a way for me to have a rate and monthly payment that was doable for my pocket. I could not have found a better team behind me. As am not computer savvy, they work me through every detail. They were so patient and did not make you feel like just another customer. They really, really were so genuine and make you feel like a family. If I could give them a "HUG", I give them all BEAR HUGS. It is my honor to give review for Griffin Funding I have a Disabled veteran and I have used Griffin Funding three times Or more and the reason for it is there is a team that I get each time and these ladies are really research get down to the nitty-gritty find things sit make the loan the best you can make it and I am so happy this time because I got a fantastic percentage rate and my monthly payment went down! On the team that I get in for some reason I am very fortunate because I asked for one lady by the name of the Sarah H each time I want to do of refi, and each time I am greeted with dignity and respect and she will tell me when is a good time to do the loan or refi. in one it's not if we start one she has a second person by the name of Lexie E that stands by he and does all the nitty-gritty the paperwork needed and then before it goes anywhere the two ladies go over with a fine tooth comb looking for errors and ways to improve the papers. Also while they are doing this they will pick up the phone one of them and call me to let me know if there's any other things I need to know that have popped up so when it is all done there will be no mistakes. These two ladies really stand out in the business that they are in they were always happy to talk to a client or even if you're not they always come through and I if I was new as soon as I got one of them I would latch on tightly because that one has a good teammate and you will not be able to go wrong with any part of Griffin Funding. I've rated Griffin Funding the highest amount of stars they had and I being a vet highly recommend them to anyone out there reading this especially if you're a veteran you will be treated with the highest respect and they will go that mile for their client. And like I said in the beginning I've done three refi. may be more you see they make it so easy for you that you forget how many you've done that's how good Griffin Funding is and also how great the team is that I mentioned and I would like to give them credit one more time in closing they are the best of the best and I highly recommend calling them for your needs their names are; LEXIE E and SARAH H (they are the best team) and Griffin Funding is the company name.

Griffin Funding say they got "wholesale VA loan rates" for us. But that's a lie, they just want to trick us vets. That's not cool.

I tried to get a loan from Griffin Funding and sent in all my papers and stuff. They said they'd close the loans in *** days but it's been more than 80 days and I still don't know what's going on. They don't answer my questions and I'm losing lots of money waiting for them to do their job. I paid for all the appraisals and now I'm talking to the big bosses but they don't care and won't give me any answers. The *** is impossible to reach, no email, no office hours, and they don't answer my voice mails.
