GradImages review: Blurry, poor-quality graduation pictures at a high price.

I am extremely disappointed with Grad Images’ service for my daughter’s UCF graduation on July 31. Many of the images were blurry, poorly composed, unflattering, and nowhere near the professional quality we expected.

We received only two usable pictures with different backgrounds. What makes this even more frustrating is that GradImages was the only photography company allowed at the ceremony, leaving families with no other professional option.

For such an important, once-in-a-lifetime moment, families deserve sharp, high-quality photographs, greater variety, and much better value. My honest recommendation: use your cell phones whenever possible — you will probably get clearer and better pictures without paying these outrageous prices.
