Erasmusu Unreliable and Unresponsive: My Experience with Erasmusu Apartments

So, I had a bit of a tough time with Erasmusu. I booked an apartment and made the initial payment, feeling excited to see the place in person. But, when I got there, I quickly realized that the room was not as described on the website.

I tried to talk to the Erasmusu team about it, but I didn't get any response for weeks...which was frustrating, to say the least. Eventually, I did hear back from them but it was clear that I was going to have to take matters into my own hands.

Long story short, I managed to negotiate with the landlord and get some of my money back. But, Erasmusu held onto the 140 euros that I paid them for their services...not cool.

Honestly, if you're able to find a room through a different website, I'd recommend doing that instead. And, if you do end up using Erasmusu, be sure to really scrutinize the room description and make sure you're okay with everything before you book.

Erasmusu Beware of Extra Charges and Poor Customer Service on Erasmusu Website

So, I recently tried booking a room through Erasmusu website for my trip to Barcelona. Honestly, I was quite excited about my trip, but this platform left a sour taste in my mouth. I booked a room through Erasmusu, but only after the payment did I learn about the other extra charges, such as agency fee of 500 euros and provider fees that were not clear on the website. It was frustrating for me because I ended up paying almost double of what I had anticipated paying in the beginning.

Furthermore, the property owner did not respond promptly to my request, which prompted me to cancel my reservation just after two hours of booking it. The website policies seemed quite complex to me. In my opinion, if the request remains unanswered by the owner, the customer should get a full refund. However, Erasmusu did not oblige and refused to refund the full amount. It was a rip-off, and it felt like they were stealing from me.

I was quite disappointed with their customer service. I think they have a terrible way of treating their customers. My experience showed that they don’t really care about their customers' satisfaction. I was quite unhappy with their service, and I regret not reading the other reviews before making the booking. Anyway, I’d advise anyone who is looking for accommodation in a foreign country to be vigilant and study every detail and charges in their policies before making any booking through Erasmusu. It’s only fair to obtain the essential details before making a decision to avoid unpleasant surprises and to prevent being ripped off. Overall, I think there are better websites out there that provide better services, and Erasmusu is not one of them.

Erasmusu Warning: Avoid Erasmusu at all costs - they will try to scam you and keep your money!

Erasmusu is an absolutely dreadful company, trying to scam you by making up their own rules and hoping that you'll fall for their tricks. I recently made a booking and paid through their website, but unfortunately, my landlord cancelled my booking. When I tried to get my money back, Erasmus refused to give it back to me, insisting that I had violated their terms and agreement by simply giving out my email address, a practice which I found totally absurd. When I told them that I had given out my email address after I already paid them, they wouldn't listen and refused to give me my hard-earned money back.

To get the rent I had paid back, I had to exchange countless emails and hire a lawyer. Even though I was eventually able to get my money back, they still tried to keep an administration fee, which in my opinion, was both unlawful and rude. Erasmusu's actions left me feeling unfair and mistreated, and I have resolved to get my remaining money back by any means possible.

I urge you not to have any dealings with Erasmusu and if they try to scam you, please don't give up too easy, and remember to inform the competent authorities about it. These kinds of practices must be stopped, and we can only do it by spreading the word and charging them with the appropriate charges.

Erasmusu Beware of Erasmusu: Fraudulent practices and refusal to refund fees

I recently had a terrible experience with Erasmusu. I booked my accommodation through their website and paid the fees. However, soon after the payment was made, Erasmusu informed me that they were having trouble reaching out to my landlord. They suggested an alternative, but I refused, and asked for a refund.

To my surprise, they refused to refund the fees, citing that the mistake was on my part. The ad that I had booked had information that was meant specifically for women, and yet I went ahead and booked it. They even tried to convince me to continue with the search so that I wouldn't lose out on my fees.

This was a complete scam by Erasmusu. They changed their story once I requested a refund, and they kept trying to convince me to keep looking for accommodation. It was all a ruse to hold on to my fees. This fake website should be shut down immediately.

I am taking legal action against Erasmusu, and I would advise anyone considering using their services to steer clear. They show cheap accommodations, but as soon as you book, they ask you to consider other options or risk losing your money. Such practices are unethical, and I hope that other potential victims will be warned about their deceitful tactics.

Erasmusu Erasmusu: The Scam Business Disguised as a Student-Focused Platform

Erasmusu is a website that has been making rounds lately for all the wrong reasons. They claim to be a student-focused platform that provides housing accommodations, job opportunities, and other services to students studying abroad. However, in reality, they appear to be scamming students out of their hard-earned money.

You don't have to look very far to see the negative reviews about Erasmusu. Even ex-employees have admitted that the company is a scam business. According to reviews found on Glassdoor, Erasmusu has been scamming people by canceling reservations and never refunding the money. To make matters worse, they allegedly ask people to put positive reviews so that unsuspecting students will fall into their trap.

One ex-employee even went as far as saying that Erasmusu "teaches people to lie and cheat." This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to cater to students. Another review stated that the company only uses free tools and that they disregard legal rules. It's clear that Erasmusu's business model is dubious at best.

In addition to these negative reviews, I too have had a bad experience with Erasmusu. They charged me for an accommodation that I never received, and getting in touch with their customer service was impossible. It's concerning that a company that claims to provide a service to students can be so careless with their customers' money.

Overall, Erasmusu is not a platform that I would recommend to anybody. Their business practices are shady and unreliable. If you're a student looking for accommodation or job opportunities, I would suggest looking somewhere else. Do your research, read reviews, and don't fall victim to a company like Erasmusu.

Erasmusu Beware of Erasmusu: Lack of Support and Protection for Students Booking Apartments in Poland

So, I was browsing the web for a nice apartment in Poland and stumbled upon the good-looking site of Erasmusu. Wow, I thought, they had a lot of options with great prices! I clicked on one, booked it, and felt pretty happy with myself. However, my dreams were soon crushed when I got an email that the apartment wasn't available anymore, even though I had already paid over 500 euros for the first month's rent and their service fee. What a bummer!

The Erasmusu team then decided to offer me other more expensive apartments without even asking me what I wanted. They seemed to care more about their own commissions than my needs, in my opinion. Luckily, I didn't let them take advantage of me and agreed to anything they suggested.

To make matters worse, I also had a pretty unpleasant experience with one of the home owners they work with. This person was rude, wouldn't let me review the rental agreement beforehand, insulted me and added extra fees without telling me. I was very unhappy with this and decided to cancel my booking before even arriving in Poland.

But it wasn't over yet. Even though I had lots of evidence to back up my claims, the Erasmusu team didn't care and didn't refund me any of the money I had spent. I found out later that it was simply because they had a long-standing relationship with the homeowner and didn't want to rock the boat.

Overall, I have to say that their service seems friendly and helpful at first, but once they have your money, forget it! As a student, I feel pretty let down by their lack of support and protection. I wasted precious time and money on their site, and I would advise anyone else to think twice before booking with them.

Erasmusu My Review of Erasmusu: A Platform for Booking Accommodation While Traveling

I recently tried out Erasmusu to book my accommodation for my trip to Rome, but unfortunately, I faced some problems with my booking. After I made my payment, the landlord canceled my reservation, and I was left worried if I had fallen prey to a scam. However, I decided to keep faith and reached out to the support team for help. While we couldn't find another property to book in its stead, the team did their best to assist me. I sent them multiple links of the accommodation that I was interested in, but unfortunately, all of them were already booked. Looking back, I realized that I should have booked much earlier, instead of waiting until three weeks before the trip, especially in a high demand area like Rome.

Eventually, I decided to ask for a refund, and my support agent informed me that it could take up to 15 days to process. I received an emailed invoice from them immediately, which was a good sign. Fortunately, I received my refund within 2 or 3 days, which gave me enough time to look for alternative accommodation.

However, one major issue that I faced was the availability of properties on the website. If only available properties were posted, and then immediately removed once booked, it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. Additionally, the company's policy only allows for one email from the support team per day, which could be inconvenient for some.

Overall, I would rate my experience with Erasmusu 4 stars. While I faced some issues with my booking, the support team did their best to assist me, especially Giulia who was incredibly prompt in checking the links and offering alternative solutions. If I had booked my accommodation well in advance, I believe I would have had a much smoother experience.

In conclusion, Erasmusu has its merits as a platform for booking accommodation while traveling. Still, it could make some improvements such as posting available properties only and lifting the limit on one support email per day. If you use this platform, I suggest you book your accommodation early to avoid running into rooms being fully booked.

Erasmusu Fantastic Four: A Superhero Film That Falls Flat

At the 16th of January, I was made a payment of 1044? to ERASMUSU., and at the web site they have written that "keep the house now". In some seconds they have taken the money frm my bank account. Then they've send me an e-mail that says: your "booking" has been made, we will talk to the landlord if he/she wants to give you the apartment or not. I was schocked at that moment as they didn't say that the money that I have paid was just for booking, as they have written that the money was for rent (I thought that the house was mine). Plus, at the EU legislation, it is FORBIDDEN to take money from anyone before you sign the rental lease (contract). In two days, they have send me an email that says the landlord FORGOT to write right dates about availability of the apartment, and that the apartment was not available at the dates that I have choosen. So I wanted my payment back. They have told me that ok, we have refunded you, like in 5 days. At the e-mail they told me that we will refund you maximum in 10 days. HA HA HA it is the 16th day. And still they didn't refund the money. PLUS, maybe here is the most important par: I learned that ERASMUSU has taken 1181$ more from my credit card, without my authorization. I really don't know how they did that. I have written about this to them also but they are telling me that "oh probably that is something about your bank" That is so funny. So be careful with this website and try not to rent house from here. Because money is not a think that you earn easily, at all.

Erasmusu Beware of Erasmusu/Spotahome: My Personal Experience with Room Rental Scam

Hey guys, I just want to share my story with Erasmusu/Spotahome. I think it is important to be alert when using these websites.

Let me tell you the whole thing. I found a great offer for a room on the website and made a booking. However, the landlord changed the terms and increased the price after I paid the first month's rent and the service fee. I didn't think this was fair, so I talked to Erasmusu about it. They didn't help me at all.

It took 2 weeks to receive a response from them, and when they finally did reply, the offer had been updated. I was shocked to see this. I had taken screenshots of the original offer and had even saved it offline, but Erasmusu still refused to refund me my money.

They said that I should have checked all the information before booking. But how could I have known the landlord would change the conditions? I felt very upset about this, and I don't think it was right for them to treat me this way.

I urge you to be careful when using these websites. Scammers are everywhere, in Facebook groups, and in websites too. My experience shows that even if you have evidence, it may not be enough. It is important to find a reliable landlord and website before making any arrangements. Good luck to all of you!

Erasmusu Beware of Erasmusu: Unprofessional Staff and Poor Customer Service

Oh wow, where do I even start with Erasmusu? Let me tell you, I had a terrible experience with their customer service. Let me break it down for you: unprofessional handling by the staff, poor customer service, and if there's a problem with your booking, you're the one left to prove why you deserve your OWN money back! I wouldn't recommend them at all, so please be careful if you do decide to book through them.

So what happened to me? Well, I decided to make a booking for a verified apartment and got contacted by a pre-bookings agent to help me through the process. They reassured me that their verified system was safe and that I could trust their landlords. They even said that they would be there to help me if anything went wrong. They said, "We have verified all these landlords and also we will keep the payment safe until you arrive or sign the contract. Once you confirm that everything is fine, we will send the money to the landlord."

But then the owner of the apartment I booked asked for a deposit of one or two months' rent in advance. They said it was because they didn't trust Erasmusu. I found this suspicious and contacted the Erasmusu bookings team, just like they told me to. But then I heard nothing back from them! I contacted them multiple times, but they just ignored me. I couldn't believe it! They were so quick to take my money, but when it came to refunds, they were nowhere to be found.

After weeks of trying to get in touch with them, posting negative reviews, and even contacting them on Facebook, they finally got back to me. But instead of helping me, they accused me of scheming with the landlord to get the apartment without paying their commission fee! Can you believe that? I had already signed a contract with someone else by that point, so why would I want to do that? But instead of helping me, they made things worse.

And even when I did finally get my money back, it took hours and days of fighting with them to get it. It was such a stressful experience and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

So please, if you're thinking of booking through Erasmusu, be very careful. Read the reviews and make sure you're comfortable with their policies before you give them any money. Because once you do, it's hard to get it back.

Erasmusu Erasmus Accommodation Review: Disappointing Stay and Lack of Communication from Customer Support

I had high hopes when I booked my Slovenia accommodation through Erasmusu, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. As soon as I arrived, I realized that the place wasn't what I had expected and I decided to cancel my booking. That's where the problems started.

I tried to get in touch with customer support through email, hoping for some assistance in getting my refund or at least a confirmation that my request was being processed. But to my dismay, I didn't receive any response from them. It's been quite a while and the lack of communication is becoming quite frustrating. I just wish I had some reassurance that the refund is being processed and I can use that money for another accommodation. As of now, I'm still waiting.

The booking ID is #3005077 and the receipt number is [protected].

Overall, the lack of response from customer support has left a sour taste in my mouth and has lowered my confidence in this platform. If such issues are not resolved properly, it can become a major inconvenience for the users. In the future, I would suggest Erasmusu to improve their customer service and ensure that they meet the expectations of their users.

Erasmusu Unreliable Booking Experience with Erasmusu.com: Lost €350 with No Customer Support

I booked a bunk for a room in Madrid for the entirety of September through Erasmusu.com, because the price was definitely right. But when I arrived at the hostel, the person at the front desk asked for my credit card information and charged me for another night, saying the month I had paid for was not available. I tried to contact someone from the website to get a receipt, so I can get a refund from the hostel, but have had no success getting ahold of them.

Basically, I wouldn't say that this is the most reliable website to use for booking accommodations when traveling. I ended up losing out on €350. I would think twice before making any sort of reservation of this site, because you won't get any sort of customer support if things go wrong.

Erasmusu Stay Away from Erasmusu: Terrible Service and Unreliable Accommodation Options

Erasmusu (erasmusu.com) is a website which seems to offer accommodation for students or anyone who needs a place to stay. Unfortunately, my experience with this service has been very alarming. In my recent move to Turin, I was in need of a place to stay immediately and found a room on Erasmusu. However, the information about the room being a shared space was poorly displayed, so I booked it without realizing it was a shared room.

To my disappointment, the landlord did not respond to my attempts to contact them and I was unable to move in. I had already paid for the room in advance and, to my dismay, Erasmusu had already taken my money without even verifying if the landlord was available or not. As a result, I was forced to find alternative accommodation through Airbnb and had to deal with the added cost and inconvenience.

What makes matters worse is that I have been trying to get my money back from Erasmusu for a week but to no avail. This has put me in a difficult situation financially, and I advise everyone to avoid using this service if possible.

Overall, Erasmusu has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with this experience. It is a very insecure service that seems to prioritize taking your money over providing reliable accommodation options. As a warning, make sure to read all the details and fine print before booking anything on this website.

Erasmusu Erasmusu premium membership is a scam, stay away!

I hopped onto Erasmusu (erasmusu.com) as a premium member a while ago. I was excited to advertise my lessons online. It took some time, but I eventually received some interest. But imagine my surprise when they wanted me to pay yet another 250? to see who was interested, even though I'm already a premium member. I was so peeved with the whole ordeal. I couldn't even contact the blasted site owners for some clarity. I tell you, this is a total scam. The site owners really ought to be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of us like that. I advise that you steer clear of them entirely.

Erasmusu Erasmusu.com Review: Inaccurate Listings and Poor Customer Service for Study Abroad Housing

I've been pretty disappointed with my experience using Erasmusu.com to find accommodation during my study abroad program. One of the biggest issues I've encountered is that the website doesn't seem to do a very good job of checking the accuracy of the information that landlords post about their properties, even if they're supposed to be "verified". Personally, I've had a lot of trouble with landlords who don't respond to my booking requests. Honestly, it seems like this happens more often than not. And when it does happen, you're out your money and your time for at least two weeks! To make matters worse, their refund policy is confusing and deliberately delayed, it seems to me. It feels like they intentionally make it difficult for you to get your money back so they can keep telling you that they're trying to "find a similar place" for you. But honestly, 9 times out of 10 they don't actually help you find anything useful at all. When they do actually find something, it takes at least two days and it's often not even remotely helpful. So, if you can, I'd definitely suggest that you avoid using this website if you possibly can. There have got to be better options out there when it comes to finding housing during study abroad programs!

Erasmusu My Disappointing Experience with Erasmusu: Unfulfilled Promises, Hidden Costs, and Poor Customer Service

I'm Tony and I gotta say man, Erasmusu ain't the smoothest platform I've used. I signed up as an Erasmus student for spring 2022, and was interested in booking a flat. At first, everything seemed aight - the platform advertised a flexible refunding policy along with a cleaning service and bills included in the price. I had been searching on other sites as well and this seemed like a great catch for someone like me.

However, once I made the reservation, things got rocky. The landlord reached out to me via e-mail and surprisingly informed me that no cleaning service was included and that bills would be an additional 55 euro on top of my rent. I was caught off guard, you know? I thought everything was straight up and upfront.

Now, I'm only a few days away from my arrival date and I'm still waiting on erasmusu.com's response to help me get a refund. It's a bit concerning because I only have 3 days till aforementioned flexible refund option ends! If I don't hear back soon, I'm not sure what the next steps will be for me.

Overall, I'm fairly disappointed with my experience on Erasmusu so far. I hope things improve, because I know finding suitable housing can be a major cause of stress during an already overwhelming time.

Erasmusu Erasmusu: The Worst Rental Establishment - Avoid at All Costs

Avoid this company at all costs.

I need to tell y'all, even though some folk leave positive comments, this is the worst rental establishment I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I'm guessing that if your reserving goes off without a hitch, they're alright in terms of being courteous and whatnot, but if you have any complications that require their input, you're in for a world of hurt. These guys are the definition of ineptitude.

There's plenty of other rental middlemen that are actually decent, so don't waste your time or money with Erasmusu.

Erasmusu Erasmusu Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Refund Policy

So, I had a bit of a rough experience with Erasmusu. I needed to cancel a booking because the owner didn't respond within the 48-hour timeframe listed on the website. According to their policy, I should have been able to get a refund. But when I asked for one, I was met with resistance.

After a few days of back-and-forth emails, they finally told me that the owner had given the okay for the refund, but it was too late. I had already asked for it within the allotted time and it should have been done. Instead, the employee was dragging their feet and only responding once a day.

It was frustrating to have to "fight" to get my money back when I was just following the website's stated rules. It seems like I'm the only one who respects them, which is really ridiculous. I don't recommend using Erasmusu. It's been a total disaster. Do yourself a favor and find another solution that will be safer for your money and time.

Erasmusu Beware of Erasmusu: My Experience with Their Scam-Ridden Service

Don't even try to book with Erasmusu, they will only give you headaches! I'm warning you, they scam people left and right and even delete negative reviews to cover their tracks.

So, I thought I found the perfect room on their website and paid the initial fee. But guess what? A few minutes later, they tell me the room I booked is not available! What a waste of time and money. I immediately asked for a refund, but they didn't bother replying. Instead, they offered me a different room, which I accepted, only to regret it later.

Why, you ask? Because they didn't tell me about the 90 euro monthly bills which were not mentioned anywhere on their website. What kind of shady business is this? I canceled my booking within the 24-hour grace period, as stated in their terms and conditions, but they still refused to give me my money back.

I couldn't believe it! I had to go through the hassle of contacting lawyers, my bank, and different commissions just to get my money back. I even reported the case to the police department! This whole mess took so much of my time and energy, and it's a shame that I had to deal with it while studying abroad.

I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone, so I made sure to inform my home university about this terrible service. I hope future students won't get scammed by Erasmusu like I did.
