Grabcar Malaysiaridiculous grab driver


I was just taken a Grab car on 29/10/2017, it was my unsatisfied ride experience ever, i stay at an apartment at Blk J, and the Driver told me that my pin point is wrong, he said pin point only at front guard house, which was approximately 100meters from my house, he told me RM10/- ringgit is not enough, i offer him RM11/- he told me actually ur house no people wanna fetch, and too far and blar...blar... blar... He told me lot of nonsense, which i think is really ridiculous, finally i told him i add to RM12/- then only he stop. I told him, u said wrong pin point, why earlier i key in the same location and the driver didn't not mentioned is wrong? If i m not bringing a kid, and it's raining, i would rather just walk, and why i choose to take grabcar? I hope Grabcar customer service can give me a CALL or explain to me isn't it i should pay the driver more, if next timw i have encounter such same situation?
