Grab review: I had to walk down the street

I recently had a heart attack, it was raining and my wife called for a grab, the driver would not enter the complex for some reason he didn't want to pass by the guards. My wife contacted him and he told her that we would have to walk to the outside gate in the rain, mind you I recently suffered my 2nd heart attack. I asked the driver why he didn't come in and pick us up, I also told him I am still recovering from a heart attack,, his reply was " You were on the other side" well, damn sorry to disappoint you sugar plum, that is your freaking job to pick people up.
