Background:

We booked a 6-seater car with 4 friends of mine riding with me. We are all women. The driver, Mr. Reyes, wanted to take the Skyway which will cost us another PHP 134 (89+45). We were suggesting a different route which we took earlier going to Okada. There was no traffic as it was Sunday and it was night time. The driver did not wish to listen and suggested to take the South Super Highway or South Luzon Tollways which will cost us PHP49 for toll. He reasoned out that the traffic was heavy and that he did not want to spend 1 hour sending us to our destination. It is common knowledge that the Philippine is highly known for monstrous traffic and getting us to our destination in 1 hour is fairly reasonable. When he failed to convince us, he told us that we did not understand him because we are not driving. So he decided unilaterally to drop us off and insisted that we went down in a place right after speaking. The place he wanted us to get off was a bit dark and there were shirtless men who looked dangerous. So as spokes person of the group, I declined and asked him to drive us to a safer place without charging us the fare. I warned him that I would be complaining and that I will give him zero star and he said that I go ahead as he is not afraid of that. Then we took 2 taxis to bring us to our destination as we are 5 elderly women. The driver kept on travelling without canceling my booking and made it appear that he was bringing us to our destination. I sent multiple requests to the driver to cancel the booking. I was really agitated as I have been having migraine earlier. The driver attempted to extort me with the amount of the fare. Had I not sent multiple warnings to compalin his behavior not only to Grab but to LTO and LTFRB as well.

Claimed loss: Excess fare encountered between getting 2 taxis instead of the grab fare of PHP570

Desired outcome: Suspend the driver in Grab for as long as possible. Work with me to suspend his drivers license at LTO and his franchise at LTFRB. This type of driver's behavior will surely bismirch your company's reputation.
