Fence Master I bought a picket fence and gate from *** in the summer of 2018

I bought a picket fence and gate from *** in the summer of 2018. I also purchased a tall solid fence and gate for another part of our property from Fence Master after a recommendation from Home Advisor in August . We paid for the work in full when it was completed, and they promised a two-year warranty on the work and all the fencing. However, my son and I have been trying for many months to get the fence installed, and now they are not answering our calls. They made many promises to fix the loose and leaning posts and gate, but nothing has been done. Can you please help? We trusted their word of mouth guarantee, as it is written on top of the proposal on my receipt. We are unable to fix this ourselves. Sincerely
