I've been using Qtrex International for 5 years now and their customer service is amazing! They always work hard to fix any problems you might have. The guys who come to pick up your stuff are really nice and professional. And when your package arrives, there are no problems at all.

I been using Qtrex for a while now and they been pretty good, but then in Nov 2020, I sent a barrel to a church and 20% of it went missing. Qtrex said they didn't seal it like I paid them to. The boss man said he would pay me back, but he didn't. He said he would call, but he didn't. I emailed them, but they didn't answer. They had all my info, but they don't seem to care about losing customers over $200. It was a bad Christmas for the people who were supposed to get the stuff. I feel bad for them, but I don't have the money to replace what was stolen.

I sent 3 barrels with Q Trex in July . Every time my brother or I asked about the ETA of the barrels in Guyana, we got different answers from the shipping company. I called them today to ask when the barrels will arrive in Guyana because I got a call on September 23rd saying there was a delay and they would arrive on September 27th. The owner's wife was rude and said, "Why didn't you ship with ***?" I decided to speak with the owner, and he was very disrespectful. He said things like, "You cleaned *** for 15 years at ***," and threatened to sue me if I wrote a bad review. He even said he would keep my barrels in Guyana. This company has terrible customer service.

I sent a barrel from Canada to Jamaica through QTrex International with Bill # *** on October 17, 2022. It's been 3 months and the barrel hasn't been received yet. I've contacted the company several times in Jamaica, but they always tell me to call back again. We also sent several emails to the head office in Mississauga, and the owner or manager called to say the shipment arrived and he would try to help us with the office in Jamaica. We waited a week, but they still couldn't locate the barrel. We contacted the Jamaican office again, but they asked us to call back again. How can a company behave like this? We need your help to get a resolution. Please confirm that you received this complaint because we didn't get a confirmation for the prior complaint related to the same issue. Thanks a lot, ***.

I sent a plastic barrel of food and clothes to my fam for the holidays from Toronto to Guyana, South America using this service on the 11th October . They said it would take 5-6 weeks to get there and I paid $180 for everything. But when I asked about the delay, the owner got mad and started cussing at me and threatening me. He said my shipment would never get there and hung up on me. It was the worst thing ever. I just wanted to help my fam out and now I don't know what's gonna happen. The customer service was terrible and the owner was super unprofessional.

I gave Qtrex International $1800.00 to ship my car from Toronto Hyundai to Jamaica on December 09. The owner, Mr. ***, said I needed to buy 4 straps to hold down the car, which he promised to return to me when I cleared the vehicle in Jamaica. He inspected the car and said it was safe, and that he would be responsible for any damage. But when the car arrived in Jamaica and my broker cleared it, only 2 straps were found. I called Mr. office and they couldn't find the other 2 straps. To my surprise, the car had damage under the passenger rear door and the 4 floor mats were missing. When I called Mr., he said I didn't have freight insurance and he was being very *** about it. He never told me to buy insurance and now he's being dishonest.

I sent a barrel of food from Toronto to Trinidad with Qtrex International, http://qtrexinternational.com, on Mar 29,2021. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to deliver. I called today to ask when it would arrive, but they said it's still in Miami and they don't know when it will leave. I'm upset because the food may go bad by the time it gets there. The person I talked to put me on hold a lot and then the owner, Hardat S., yelled at me and threatened to sue me for saying I would complain. He also said he's not responsible for delays or lost items. I don't know what to do because he won't help me. Other people have complained about him too and he gets really angry. I just want my food delivered.

I called Qtrex International on October 8, 2022 to ship 2 barrels and 2 TVs. I asked for a quote for door-to-door delivery and got a quote of $340.00 to ship to Jamaica. I was excited about the deal. However, when I called to speak with the owner, I found out it was not home delivery. The owner said that anyone with sense would know that home delivery would cost more. I had a similar experience in September when I shipped 2 barrels and a bin. I had to pay an additional $1000.00 at the warehouse. The owner gave me $20.00 for my trouble. The lady at the port in Jamaica was difficult to deal with. She always had a different excuse. It has been 5 months, and the barrels are now being picked up from the port. We were told by an employee at the port that it would cost 19,000JMD to clear the 2 barrels and 2 TVs. However, when my cousin went to pick up the barrels, they were told they had to pay an additional 50,000JMD to clear the barrels. Today, they paid the 50,000JMD and were told they had to pay an additional $6,700.00JMD to clear it. This has caused me emotional distress, anxiety, and embarrassment. I would like a full refund from Qtrex International. They have no customer service and never want to hear the truth.
