Government Vacation Rewards review: Customer service and over all product

Paid ay a one-time cost for your membership of $2000 13 years ago and never used their services because I was all ways able to get lower costed vacation prices from other sources. I saw no real savings or benefits booking vacations thru company. They sold me on lower cost vacations and that they booked the travel for my Company (Lockheed Martin) which were not true. Every time I tried to cancel and get the refund of my membership fee all I got was the run around or phone cut off. I gave up. I tried to cancel my membership several times to no end but a few years back with help of credit card company I thought it was corrected and I was canceled . Now I see getting charged again and also in 2025 (missed that). I just tried to cancel again and to get the $29 charge refunded today (June 8, 2026). Lets see what happens this time. By the way they did tried to get me to continue being a member and use them to book my vacations. They claim they have a newer and better process now. Fool me once shame on you but fool me twice... not going to happen.
