Gossby Amazing experience!

I am extremely happy with the communication regarding my package and the quality. It is exactly what i wanted and even though i found the website through facebook where i could be wary my entire experience with your company was amazing! I ordered a dragon ball z father's day shirt everything I added to the shirt came out exactly as advertised. It was a thick cotton shirt and i'm sure my children's father is going to love it as much as i did! My ordered arrived 3 weeks before the day I needed it.

Gossby Love my coffee mugs

A friend of mine showed me her coffee mug which was given to her by her sister. It was beautiful I loved it. I ordered a mug for my sister and myself in memory of my mother. The mug was beautiful so I ordered 2 mugs for my daughter and myself. They are exactly what I wanted. Then I ordered 3 mugs for Father's Day and I gave one to my sister and myself. My next order will be for my son then for my grand children. This is something they can use daily and be reminded how much I love them. Thank you ?.

Gossby Above and beyond

I absolutely love the customized water bottle I ordered. Took awhile to arrive, which was to be expected, but was worth it. The pin/screw holding the cover onto the lid came out though, but the company was able to send me a replacement lid. Not only that, but they sent me a whole other customized water bottle as well. Couldn't ask for better service. Especially when the new bottle arrived much faster than the first. Was sceptical about trying them out at first, because never heard of the company before, but am glad I did.

Gossby Customer from Sweden

I am very satisfied with these products, they are really beautiful and so fun to give such a personal gifts to my family and friends, and also they have very fast delivesr and very good prices, so what more can you ask for?!

It was just one time I've got the wrong item, but I didn't want to "argue" about that and sent it back again, so I just let it pass. And every other order has worked out fine after that, so I mean we are all humans and sometimes we make mistakes, Nothing wrong with that!

So once again - I love this page and it personal gifts! They are super cool and really appreciated. Thank you so much.

Gossby Great company!

I've made quite a few purchases from Gossby and have found them to be top notch with their products and their customer service. Any issues and they resolve them immediately. I ordered the wrong item by mistake one time. Could not correct or cancel it. I had to reorder but they gave me a partial credit and a coupon for an additional discount. Another time the lettering was a little smeared. Again I called and again the issue was resolved by making and sending another mug. All my orders except for one have been gifts. The recipients have loved them. I will continue to be a loyal customer! Picture below are all future birthday gifts for July and September. Thank you Gossby!

Gossby Gossby Company! Custom Coffee Cup and AMAZING Service!

The store custom designed a copycat for my sister. It was amazing because it look like the back of her and myself with our names below us. It was very special and they did an amazing job. Also the cops keep your coffee hot for hours which is really great! And I must say after my second purchase their customer service is phenomenal! There was a shipping issue with UPS not the store and they followed up on it and made sure it was delivered to my sister on time. I was so impressed and they followed up with me after she received your gift. Rarely do you say such great customer service with any store today. I highly recommend this company and to explore their amazing products. I give them five stars across-the-board.

Gossby Very Disappointed

Have ordered many cups and adult size T-shirts and loved them all! Some were gifts, some were for me. I have never asked for measurements for ANY of the people I have gotten t-shirts for as gifts. So I never asked for measurements of the baby I was getting this for...BIG MISTAKE! Baby was rwo weeks old, healthy baby, so I got 12 months size, so he could "grow into it". I don't have babies, so yes I am clueless at buying baby clothes...BUT how many people ask for the measurements of the kid before buying clothes?!?! Anyway, the size 12-month onesie arrived, and it was the size of a washcloth, lucky if it would fit a doll a little bigger than Barbie. Called Gossby and rep. Asked if I read the sizing...$*! Long story even longer...I sent the onesie to the baby, it fit for a photo session, but I don't think the baby could move and gave the side eye, like what are you doing to me! So MORAL to this review is measure the kid, buy the biggest size possible and sent/give before it is born or wait until it is an adult size and give them their baby gift. Onesie was very cute, and parents liked it even though it did not fit well and was small, just wish the baby could have worn it normally. Will still order cups and adult sized t-shirts from Gossby, but not baby clothes!

Gossby Deceptive Business Practices

I have placed 3 separate orders with this company. The first order wasn't great. There was a fingerprint smudge on back of ornament that I couldn't remove. Print quality on one ornament in the order was good. The other ornament was too dark to make out details. Ornaments were supposed to be identical. The second order contained 3 items which were packaged sepatately. Tracking info showed all 3 were delivered when in actuality, only 2 were delivered. Contacted company multiple times getting the same useless response each time telling me to look in mailbox, search around mailbox, speak with USPS and carrier, and wait 3-5 more days. After multiple emails, I see tracking info was changed today and now reads that missing item is in transit. It was never even shipped and I wasted time and energy tracking it down, filing missing package claims and trying to get answers. Finally got a half-hearted apology and offer of refunding half the shipping cost and price of ornament if not received by a certain date. Too little, too late. The third order should have been manufactured, shipped and received by now. I got an email yesterday saying the items I wanted were out of stock and they were sending a substitute.
There was no option to cancel order. Customer service rep said they could not cancel the order while it was being processed. My mistake was ordering three times before ever receiving and examining the first order. I learned my lesson! Not a happy customer. Buyer beware!

Gossby WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Ordered a mug as a Father's Day gift. After waiting for it to arrive and seeing that the tracking showed that the mug had been in my home state and then been returned to the company, I reached out to find out what was wrong. The first chat with Gino told me that on his end the mug would be delivered that day. Shocking that it wasn't. So I reached out the next day. This person tried to tell me that the mug was scheduled to be delivered on that day instead. I kept asking and insisting that they look into it further since the mug had already been in Connecticut where I live and returned to Kentucky by the shipper. Sure enough they looked into it and found that the shipper returned it to the company due to an undeliverable address. Weird because the address is my address and I get mail here all the time with no problem. I confirmed the address with them which is the one that they had on file and they flat out admitted that the shipper was to blame and told me that they would escalate it and reach out to me in an email by the end of the day. Guess what? No email arrived. So the next day I reached out again. I was told that they were taking it to a team member and that I would be notified of the resolution by the end of the day. Guess what? No email. So I reached out again today. Now I am extremely angry and frustrated as Father's Day is 3 days away and I am left with no gift and the prospect of having to go spend more money in order to buy a new gift. I was told today that they were going to go to management to see if they could reprint another mug and send it out to me. I was told that I would have that answer by the end of the day today via email. I was asked for patience and kind understanding. I told the customer service rep that my patience had run out after all of the times that they had promised to email me and didn't. She asked if it was okay if she took the time to figure out the situation and emailed me and I told her that I guess it would have to be okay because I had no control over the situation. I told her that actions speak louder than words and I hope that she would prove me wrong about not believing that she would follow up. Well, here it is 11:00 at night and you guessed it, no email. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company. If anything goes wrong, they will deflect and delay and push you off with empty promises of emails that never come, all the while not delivering the product or providing any kind of refund. Absolutely horrific customer service and I will be letting everybody know on every social media platform that I have access to.

Gossby Disappointing Experience with Gossby.com: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on Gossby.com for 4 custom, small ornaments. The total cost of my order was $75, which is quite a lot of money for me. The website stated that my order would arrive within 2 weeks, but it has now been a month and I still haven't received it. I have tried to contact Gossby via email, but they have been very slow to respond and I haven't received any information about the whereabouts of my order.

I also tried to use their online chat/help feature, but it was not helpful at all. There was no actual person to talk to, only an automated response that eventually stopped responding to me altogether. I am starting to get worried that my ornaments won't arrive in time for Christmas.

Despite these issues, I must say that the products on Gossby.com look really cute. However, they are quite expensive, so I hope that they are good quality items. I am keeping my fingers crossed that my order will arrive soon and that it will be worth the wait and the money.

Gossby Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from Gossby - A Review

I recently purchased a heart plaque from Gossby and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the quality. The writing on the plaque was so small that it was almost impossible to read the names and even the drinks in their hands were barely visible. I had sent in photos of the plaque to the customer service team, but they were unable to read the names due to the small font size. They then requested for a close-up photo, which I provided. However, when I asked if they could now read the names, they simply replied with a yes. I found this to be quite ridiculous, as it seemed like they were just trying to avoid giving me a refund.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the product that I received from Gossby. I have requested for a refund and to return the item, but so far, I have had no luck. I am currently in the process of disputing the charge with my bank. It's a shame that I had such a negative experience with Gossby, as I had heard good things about them from friends. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products.

Gossby Disappointing Experience with Gossby: Lost Order, Poor Customer Service, and Wrong Refund

I recently made an order on Gossby for some mugs to give to my friends before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the mugs never arrived. I was quite disappointed and decided to contact customer service to see what was going on. They told me that the wrong shipping label had been created and asked me to wait a few more days. I was patient and waited for a week, but the mugs still didn't arrive. I contacted customer service again and was told that my order was lost in the mail. I was quite upset and asked if they could expedite my order so that I could receive it before Christmas. However, they told me that they couldn't do that.

I was quite frustrated with the situation and asked for a refund. However, the customer service representative kept trying to discount my shipping instead of giving me a refund. They told me that because I had not originally paid for expedited shipping, they couldn't give it to me. After many attempts, they finally agreed to refund and cancel my purchase. I was relieved to hear this and waited for the refund to come through.

However, when I received the refund, I realized that it was for the wrong order! I was quite confused and frustrated with the situation. Despite this, I still think that Gossby has some great products and I would be willing to give them another chance in the future. I just hope that they can improve their customer service and shipping processes so that situations like this don't happen again.

Gossby Gossby's Terrible Customer Service: My Order Arrived Late Despite Promises

I had a really bad experience with Gossby. I needed my order to be delivered by December 15th for a luncheon, so I called the company and they said it wouldn't be a problem and that there was plenty of time. I placed my order on November 25th, but I had to call the company four times to check on the status of my order. The first time I called, they told me that my order would be prioritized to get to me on time. The second time I called, they said they would bring it to the attention of that section. The third time I called, they told me it would be out within the next day. Today, I was finally told that my order had been shipped and would be here in two weeks, a week and a half after I needed the items and was assured I would have it in the original call. I am totally screwed and so angry I could spit nails. Bull $#*! is bull $#*!. The customer relations/service is garbage. My order should have been pulled and prioritized to get it out when promised!

Gossby Gossby's Customer Service is a Nightmare: A Review

So, I wanted to get myself a keychain from Gossby, and I was so excited to receive it. But, it took them 16 long days to even ship it out. And when I finally got the tracking number, I was so happy to see where my package was. But, when I checked the status of my package on the USPS website, it said that they never received it. I was so confused and frustrated. I reached out to Gossby's customer service twice, but they kept telling me that USPS had the item and there was nothing they could do. But, how could that be possible when USPS said they never received it?

After a lot of back and forth, Gossby's customer service finally told me that it was a courier error and that I should wait another ten business days before they could do anything. I was so fed up with their excuses and lies that I asked for a refund. But, guess what? They told me that I had to return the item that I never even received to them for a refund. How was that even possible? They never shipped it out in the first place!

I am so disappointed with Gossby's customer service and their lack of responsibility. They kept blaming others for their mistakes and never took any responsibility for their actions. I would never recommend anyone to buy from them. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.

Gossby Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Gossby: A Warning to Potential Buyers

So, I was really excited to order from Gossby (gossby.com) for a Christmas gift. They said it would be delivered on 12/16/20, but that day came and went with no order and no email update. I was starting to get worried, so I tried to track down a phone number to call. Finally, I found one and talked to someone who didn't seem to know anything about my order. I asked to speak to a manager, but they said there wasn't one available.

After emailing twice, I finally got an email back, but it still didn't give me a date on when I could expect my order. I responded twice to that email, but still haven't heard anything back. I'm really disappointed with the customer service from Gossby. They lied about when my order would be delivered, and now I'm worried that I won't even get it in time for Christmas.

Honestly, I don't think I'll ever order from Gossby again. The customer service was absolutely horrific, and I feel like they didn't care about my order at all. If they had been honest about the delivery date, I would have ordered from somewhere else. So, if you're thinking about ordering from Gossby, I would say don't do it. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that actually cares about their customers.

Gossby Disappointing Service and Lack of Transparency: My Experience with Gossby

I placed an order for two items on 10/20/22 from Gossby, a website that offers personalized gifts. The shipping and tracking label were created on 10/26/22, but as of 11/10/22, my items have not yet arrived from Kentucky to Maryland. I called the company three times during the process, and each time they assured me that the items had been shipped and were in transit, but the tracking information only shows that the label was created and the items are not in transit.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Gossby. Being lied to three times is not acceptable, and it is clear that the items have not been made or shipped. If the company needed more time to make the items, I would completely understand, but to lie to the customer is not acceptable.

To make matters worse, I was told that I would need to wait two weeks for a refund, even though they charged my account within an hour of placing the order. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of consideration for their customers.

Overall, I would not recommend Gossby to anyone looking for personalized gifts. The poor service and lack of transparency make it clear that this company does not value its customers.

Gossby Warning: Poor Service from Gossby - My Order Still Not Received After 4 Weeks

I recently made a purchase from Gossby on October 31st, but unfortunately, I did not receive any updates on my order for two whole weeks. Feeling a bit frustrated, I decided to give them a call to inquire about the status of my purchase. To my dismay, they informed me that they were experiencing some issues with their manufacturing process.

I waited another week until November 18th, and still, there was no update on my order. I decided to give them another call, and they assured me that they would take care of it. However, all they did was create a packaging label that only showed the tracking number. When I checked the tracking number, I noticed that the package had not yet arrived at the USPS facility.

It is now November 27th, and I still have not received my items. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service that Gossby has provided me. I urge you to take my warning seriously and avoid ordering from this company.

Gossby Disappointing Experience with Gossby.com: Beware of Bogus Tracking and Lackluster Customer Service

Hey there, online shoppers! I just wanted to share my experience with Gossby.com. I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a mug as a gift for a friend, but unfortunately, it never arrived. I tried to track the package, but the tracking number they provided was bogus. It was a real bummer, especially since my friend ended up leaving the country before she could even receive her gift.

To make matters worse, the customer service was pretty lacking. They didn't communicate with me very well, and it was frustrating trying to get any sort of response from them. And when I looked at the reviews on their site, I noticed something fishy. All the pictures were of the same people and family members, and one girl even had on the same shirt in multiple reviews. Gossby Disappointing Experience with Gossby: Personalized Phone Case Mix-Up and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Gossby, and I must say, I was not impressed with my experience. I ordered a personalized phone case and waited patiently for a few weeks for it to arrive. However, after a while, I noticed that the status of my order was still showing as "processing."

I decided to call customer service to inquire about the delay, and I was told that my order would be shipped within 3 to 5 days. However, after 6 days had passed, my order was still showing as "processing." I called back to follow up, and the customer service representative giggled when I told her what I had been told the previous Monday. She then proceeded to tell me that they were instructed to tell customers that their orders would be shipped within 3 to 5 days, even if that wasn't the case. I was shocked and disappointed to hear that I had been lied to.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, I received my phone case. However, to my dismay, it was not the one I had ordered. It had someone else's name on it, and the design was completely different from what I had chosen. I immediately contacted Gossby via Facebook messenger to express my frustration and disappointment. Their excuse was that the products were being shoved into envelopes, which could have caused the mix-up. But that's not a good enough excuse for me. What if other customers received the wrong product too?

Overall, my experience with Gossby was not a good one. I will not be making any future purchases from them. I have included pictures of the phone case I ordered compared to the one I received.
