Unifury Unifury Review: Personalized Gift Company with Limited Presence and Shipping Delays

Unifury is a company that specializes in personalized gifts and sells them online. However, the company seems to have no physical presence in the USA, with its only storefront being a UPS drop box in California. One may think it's odd, but given that the world has been impacted by COVID-19, their lack of employees at the storefront is understandable.

Unfortunately, one reviewer, who lives an ocean away in China, got billed by Unifury on their Mastercard four weeks ago, and yet the product they ordered has not been shipped from China. This has led them to consider canceling their order, which seems reasonable under the given circumstances.

It's important to note that the reviewer has called Unifury a scam, although it's not clear why they think that. It could be due to a delay in shipping, or perhaps they have had other issues with the company. Nevertheless, it's essential to be cautious about whom you do business with online.

If you're considering purchasing from Unifury, it would be wise to research the company thoroughly. Unifury Unifury Review: Disappointed with Lack of Communication and Transparency

As a recent customer of Unifury, I was unfortunately disappointed with my experience. I had purchased an ornament on their website in mid-November and received confirmation that it had been shipped out on November 16th. However, over a month has passed and I have still yet to receive my order.

Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to the company via email and phone, I have not received any response back from them. This lack of communication and transparency has left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the legitimacy of this company. At this point, I have come to the conclusion that I will likely never receive my order or a refund for my purchase.

I cannot help but feel suspicious about the location of the company, as it seems like it could potentially be based in China. This lack of transparency and their failure to address my concerns has significantly impacted my experience with Unifury.

I would strongly advise other potential customers to avoid this particular company, as my experience has left me feeling disheartened and disappointed. It is always important to do your research before making a purchase online, and in this case, I wish I had been more cautious.

Unifury Beautiful but Broken: My Experience with Unifury Mugs

I recently visited the website of Unifury and while I was impressed with the quality and creativity of their products, I can't help but feel disappointed with the delivery process. In particular, I'm very upset with the poor packaging of the mugs that I bought from the site.

I ordered two mugs and sadly, both of them arrived broken, despite the fact that they looked absolutely beautiful on the website. There were visible cracks in several places, and it appeared as though they had been mishandled in transit. One of the mugs was a gift for a friend's birthday, and frankly, it was quite embarrassing to have to apologize for the condition it arrived in. I had another friend who faced a similar issue with their Unifury mug, and to hear that this was a repeated occurrence really stresses the level of disappointment that I feel.

That being said, I will give credit to Unifury for their prompt response in sending a replacement for the damaged mugs. Their customer service is impressive, and the new mugs arrived in good condition, which was a relief. However, I do feel that the company should seriously consider improving their packaging methods. Given that their products are delicate and there's a risk of breakage in transit, it's essential that they take adequate precautions to ensure that their products arrive to their customers intact.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the products that Unifury offers. However, it's important for them to realize that a significant portion of the customer experience is the handling and care that's taken when shipping their products. Unifury Unifury: Disappointing Experience with Custom Ornaments and Poor Customer Service

As a consumer, I had a less than satisfactory experience with Unifury and I must say, I am disappointed. I ordered five custom ornaments through their website on November 23, 2020, and was provided with a tracking number on November 27, 2020, indicating that my package was shipped via USPS. However, to my disappointment, the tracking number was not recognized by USPS and there was no record of the package. I tried reaching out to Unifury via email and phone messages, but to no avail. Unfortunately, it seems as if my money has gone to waste and I have nothing to show for my order.

It is frustrating when companies, such as Unifury, do not provide efficient customer service as it leaves room for an unsatisfactory experience. Considering this, I would caution anyone interested in purchasing products from Unifury, and instead suggest that you seek out other companies with more reliable practices. It is unfortunate that this incident has caused me to feel hesitant and skeptical about online shopping experiences. Unifury Disappointing Experience with Unifury's Customizable Gifts and Products

I was excited to find Unifury, an online retailer offering customizable gifts and products - it seemed like the perfect way to give a unique and personalized gift to a friend. Unfortunately, my purchase has not gone as smoothly as I would have liked.

After placing my order on December 4th, I eagerly awaited its arrival from California to my home in Arizona. However, despite the tracking information indicating that my package was in transit on December 8th, it still has not arrived as of December 18th. Disappointed and frustrated, I reached out to them to inquire about the status of my order. However, there seems to be no way to contact them except through a Contact Form, which I have submitted twice with no response.

As a result, I am feeling doubtful and worried that I may not receive my purchase at all. I understand that COVID-19 has impacted shipping and delivery times, but the lack of communication and assistance from Unifury has left a sour taste in my mouth. I was hoping for better customer service from a reputable company, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience. This lack of customer support has led me to decide that I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future.

Unifury Mixed Review: Unifury's Personalized Star Ornament

As someone who loves decorating their Christmas tree with meaningful ornaments, I was excited to come across Unifury and their personalized star ornaments. I placed my order on December 1st, hoping to receive the ornament in plenty of time to hang it on my tree. However, it wasn't until December 21st that the ornament finally arrived at my doorstep, just in time for Christmas.

While I was pleased with the overall design and image on the ornament itself, I did notice a glaring issue with its construction. The hole to hang the ornament on the tree was off-center, placed on one of the side points rather than at the top as it should have been. This may seem like a small detail, but it made hanging the ornament a bit tricky.

Feeling a bit disappointed, I attempted to contact Unifury's customer service team three times in hopes of resolving the issue. Unfortunately, I never received a response from them, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless. It is unacceptable for a company to ignore customer complaints or concerns, especially when it comes to a product that was not made correctly.

With no other recourse left, I decided to take matters into my own hands and file a claim with my bank. While it is unfortunate that it had to come to this, it is a necessary step in order to prevent companies like Unifury from taking advantage of their customers. I hope that they will take responsibility for their mistake and work to make things right in the future.

Unifury Unifury: Disappointing Customized Product Experience with Poor Quality and No Previews

My experience with Unifury was disappointing, to say the least. I had heard great things about this website and couldn't resist ordering a customized mug with three of my favorite animals. However, this excitement was short-lived as I realized there were no previews available for the item I wanted to purchase.

I went ahead and ordered the large size mug, but to my dismay, the images looked small and underwhelming. I had paid good money for this product, expecting to receive a high-quality and well-crafted item, but what I got was nothing close to it. Upon receiving the mug, I noticed that the images were indeed the same size as the ones they use on their smaller-sized mug, making it look poorly designed and cheap.

To make matters worse, one of the German Shepherds that I had requested looked more like a retriever, which was quite disappointing for a company that prides itself on custom-made products. Frustrated, I contacted their customer service team and sent them a picture of the incorrect design. However, they refused my request for a refund and instead offered to help me in the future.

While the company's response was polite, it didn't soften the blow of spending $26 on a subpar product. My experience left me feeling ripped off and with no desire to do business with the company again.

In conclusion, I do not recommend Unifury for anyone looking to purchase customized products. The lack of previews and poor quality of the final product make it an unreliable source for personalized items.

Unifury Unifury's Customer Service Leaves Much to Be Desired

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Unifury and their customer service left me completely disappointed. I placed my order, eagerly anticipating the arrival of my personalized product, almost two weeks ago. However, my excitement was short-lived as I began receiving emails from Unifury asking me to confirm my order before shipping. It's not unreasonable to confirm an order, especially for personalized products, but three times was excessive. But I went along with it, thinking it would speed up the process.

Unfortunately, the confirmation requests delayed my order past the deadline in which they could ship for holiday delivery. It was frustrating to learn that the product I was banking on receiving as a gift would not arrive in time for Christmas. And to make matters worse, when I inquired about a refund, I was told it was not possible.

Their customer service was hard to reach, which added to my disappointment. I understand busy periods around the holiday season can impact any business, but their lack of communication and unsympathetic attitude made me feel like my order didn't matter. It was frustrating to feel like I had paid for a product that was not even sending and couldn't get my money back.

In my opinion, Unifury is not a trustworthy company and I would not recommend their services to anyone. I suggest choosing a different business to work with, one that values their customers and stands behind their products. Overall, my experience with Unifury was disgusting, and it was not worth the trouble.

Unifury Disappointing Experience with Unifury's Christmas Ornaments: Shipping Delay & Poor Customer Service

As someone who was eagerly looking forward to receiving their three Christmas ornaments from Unifury, I'm sad to report that my experience was less than satisfactory. I placed the order on November 16, but after a shipping label was created on November 20, it seems that the items are still languishing at a facility in California as of today, December 7. Despite having paid through Paypal and receiving confirmation from Unifury that the items had been shipped, the USPS tracking information paints a different picture- indicating that the items have not yet been shipped. This is obviously frustrating and disappointing.

To compound matters, I have reached out to Unifury via email thrice but received no response. Their phone lines are similarly unresponsive, with the voicemail box repeatedly indicating that it is full and unable to accept additional messages. This is not the level of customer service I expected from a business, and it has only served to further dampen the festive mood of the season.

It is my hope that Unifury will take a more proactive stance in addressing customer concerns and ensuring that their products are delivered in a timely, efficient manner. There's still time for them to salvage the situation and earn back customer trust- but this will require a concerted effort on their part. Fingers crossed!
